The workout was good. Took a shower - the water pressure was very weak. At times it was like taking a cold shower. The hot water was scarce and would fluctuate between slightly warm and cold. No bench or chair in the handicap shower.

I enjoy going but now with Covid I'm more cautious. Some days when I go it looks like it hasn't been cleaned and they've been out of hand sanitizer. Social distancing is practiced and they're app is very helpful.05/28/2022-They need to do better about their cleaning and the mats definitely need to be replaced.01/03/2023- I'm super excited to see the new upgraded equipment and they also replaced the mats. 👍02/20/2023-The staff is polite and welcoming. I love the new equipment. I usually check the app's Crowd Meter to see if there busy. They do have training sessions, but they don't have a trainer right now👍👍

I love the gym and there is so much room! The only thing I don't like... is that there is not an employee at the desk/a way to reach them. I tried tanning and I looked throughout the whole building for an employee and waited 10 minutes. I was really upset and wish there was a way to contact someone to the front desk. I had to leave before I was late for work.

It is 8:09 pm on Christmas Eve the mother of my child is 8 months pregnant and needed to use the restroom. We are 30 minutes away from our home and there's no place nearby the laundromat we are at. We stopped at the closest place which is planet fitness and they denied her the ability to use the restroom. The attendant said due to the policy he couldn't allow her to. Any place that will deny a mother the ability to use the restroom should be shutdown. Planet fitness cares about Americas money not it's children. No love lost for the attendant he's just doing his job but sometimes you got to stand up for what's right.

Are there even workers that get paid to clean?Restrooms are nasty can’t even handle how bad it smell. Machines broken dirty why are we paying anual maintenance for? 🤢 …

I cancelled my membership in 2021 because I just don’t like the customer service. Tried to use my well on target program at the gym, only management can enroll you to use this particular gym. Unfortunately this is closest gym to my house. Asked for a day pass to use the facility they said I could purchase one. I’m already paying for a membership that allows me to use this facility. Make no sense. Still only kids running the front desk.

Great place to get in a good workout. They have several different plans to meet the needs of almost everyone.

Amazing community and coaches. Great for trainers of all levels and ages. Friendly, creative, always new things going on.
