Nice gym but hasn't upgraded any new equipment since it opened. Not enough Smith machines for squatting. They have four and I can never use them. Lately one is broken and the others are taken over by someone that takes ownership for an hour. Drags every piece of equipment they intend to use to the squat rack. Barbells, dumbells, floor mats, bands etc.

First time ever going to a gym. I was very nervous but once I got in there. No one bother me. The staff was friendly. Everyone was respectful and whipping the machines down.

Gym is convenient and very basic. Only one leg press machine and no free weight bench or squat racks. The Garland site is 5x better.

This particular location is the closest to my house. I will probably start driving an extra 20 mins to go a different location. Equipment is always out of order here. There are only 4 smith machines and people will workout in front of the them without even using them. The free weights don’t get placed back where they belong often. Too many times I’ve had to change my workout plan because of the environment. Honestly been in different cities and this is the only Planet Fitness where I’ve struggled

This is my home gym ! It needs attention half the staff works and the other half stands there and look crazy. Bathrooms are a hit and miss. Should be walked through at least every other hour to clean up after the nasty people… showers !!!!! Turn the damn hot water up I’ve had better showers in Afghanistan

I cancelled my membership through a letter, like they asked. I still got charged. So I called and made sure I sent it correctly, which I did. So the employee said she would have the manager call me back so I don’t get charged again but I never got the call. I got charged again.

Laid back gym with plenty of equipment to space out… usual guy packs on all the weights and some folks looking for a love connection instead of a workout— but that’s at every gym. This is the place for any fitness level starter (like me) to advanced that wants a good workout.

Hello, i am thinking about joining this gym but i am having 2nd thoughts.... due to the cleanliness. NO GYM should be nasty and where you cannot workout without feeling like you are going to get sick, or catch something. Can someone please reply and let me know if this gym is a go???

This gym is like my second home I’m always there. Gym had some great staff always keeping everything sanitized clean and ready to use. The only bad side about this gym is their equipment 😒 all of their smith machines are old and need to be replaced.l, they all make noise and can’t get your workout done because of how annoying the noise is. Also I have noticed some of the pulleys are broken and they haven’t fixed it. I REALLY HOPE THEY GET ALL THESE MACHINES FIX! ! I think we all as members deserve better than thin. Please let me know who do I need to contact to get these issues resolved. Like I said this gym is awesome just need to upgrade BIG TIME.

Leslie helped me out today with a gym transfer and then member cancellation. We just moved to this state and I decided to cancel my gym membership because it just isn’t in our budget right now. Despite me never working out at this specific location and the fact I was cancelling.. she was so kind, professional and super helpful! Thank you for making this so easy Leslie! Also the other staff there was also eager to help. Thanks 💜
