Overcrowded and the equipment is always broken they let way to many people in for such a small establishment and half the people are just taking up the equipment playing on the phone rather than actually working out they have rules about not being loud or slamming weights how about you do something about the people standing around talking or playing on the phone rather than actually working out if you want to use anything else other than treadmill you won't have any luck here

Old equipment. Music is so loud it interferes with personal headphones. People camping out on 30 minute express equipment. Horrible place to work out. Won’t visit this location again.

I always feel better after working out here. All the machines work and people are about their business. Excellent place for a workout

Nice gym & I like that it's close by the house but its best to go in the morning or afternoon because the evening gets really crowded and you will be waiting on equipment. Please fix broken equipment faster!

It's your average planet fitness. 5 stars because 24/7 not many gyms can offer that anymore. Not much but enough!

My other review was deleted....I was not fairly treated after a week later someone Reported that I made them feel uncomfortable , and As I'm trying to make sense of my character being deformatd... They did not take the proper steps Before coming to a decision to cancel my membership.. I was judged off of how somebody else felt about me, Without any clear accuracy, only biasinish...I have been a member for a year , and this is a first time in general something like this has happened to me

This is the 3rd time in a row that Im ready to take a shower and there is no hot water. Went to front desk to place a complaint and they told me that no one has reported this. They need to know if the instalations are working 100% or not. If this happens again I want a full refund for my annual fee and month. This is not correct, I'm a very unhappy customer.

Could you please open back up now??? The “snow storm” is gone now and roads are fine to drive on. C'mon I would of thought y’all be open now it’s Saturday the sun is out and the ice has been melting since yesterday! The gym is my place to get away from my husband.. I’d rather workout at the gym not at home. Oh I do love this place but I will add about the horrible smell in the bathrooms… it’s not yalls fault it’s the city of mesquite. I live 3 mins away and my house gets the same stink 😫 and I clean my house from top to bottom Always. TIP: Pour some white vinegar down the shower drains and let hot water run for about 2 mins. I would say since this is a gym the showers may or may not be used ALL THE TIME so I would do that twice a week. It’ll help with that smell trust me. Anyways hope you guys are open come Monday so I can go to the gym after dropping my kid off to school! 🤞🏼

This is a great neighborhood gym that offers training, staff, and overall wellness you'd expect in a big city and that you won't find elsewhere. I can't wait to see the expansion and am grateful for the opportunity to work out in such a great place.

This was the only planet fitness I ever had a issue with I'll start with that.The gym is very klic ish.if you don't hang out with their group or have went to school with them they give you wierd looks over the counter facing you and say things about you.dont forget you can't be in good shape cause that will bother them as well they get intimidated but that's that's what the gym is for, to workout not hangout. Also the staff can be rude unprofessional lazy and at the counter they are always on their phones and playing around. I think that on corporate policy friends should not get eachother the job because that creates a conflict on how a building is suppose to be ran.well glad my membership is cancelled this will be the last time I sign up for planet fitness.Again, I never had a issue with any planet fitness location I been to but this one.
