Booted all of us customers out due to a plumbing issue. Understandable that things happen but the plumbing issue has been going on for at least three days. The showers were down on my last visit and then today they shut the entire place down and boot all the customers out. They should also reflect the fact they are closed on the app so folks don't waste their time and gas driving up to the business to find out it's closed. Also perhaps an estimated timeframe when they will reopen would be nice. Lastly, two out of three stationary bike are broken and have been for awhile. These two units have no signs on them like they typically do stating they are down and when they are expected to be repaired. Perhaps it's just a bad week for the Mesquite location. Some sort of perk to all of the customers inconvenienced might be in order.

This club as gone down hill. They have a tough time keeping the equipment up and running. The place is full of teenagers lounging on the equipment. COVID is still out there and people are not whipping down equipment. Many people utilize multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously and get upset when you want to use the equipment they are not on. I have seen people at the weight rack with 6 dumbells not even using the rack system for over an hour consistently. Management doesn't care about this either. The people who are in charge are ambivalent and sometimes condescending. Although conveniently located to many, I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your fitness needs.

When I first started I would have given this a 4, but lately I have to say 3 at best. I chose the location due to its proximity to my office. However the amount of machines that are constantly down and the length of time to repair them is a little ridiculous. I know these clubs are franchised out, so I lay the blame on the owner. I have spoken to the staff on several occasions, and they are all good at towing the company line but how is it thst other clubs can repair a machine in days and here it's taking months? Simple fact is that the owner is either not nearly as involved as he needs to be or whoever orders the parts needs to collaborate with other club owners and see where they get their parts. There is a smith machine that sits broken going on 3 months now. Hip adductor and abductor machine that's been broken for month, when tanning bulbs go out, they stay out for months... I will say that the last time I saw the owner at the club with all the employees trailing him with notepads, stuff seemed to get fixed quickly, so it leads me to believe he needs to get a bit more involved or proactively order some replacement parts so this doesnt happen... I could be wrong, but just the appearance from an outsider.Overall, the staff is nice, the club is clean, and the fact that it's open 24 hours is great for me. It's hardly ever crowded at the times I come, so it's still my preferred location. Just wish they had a little better quality contol on repairs

I have been a black card .ember for about 4 years. I couldn't be happier with the place, be it Mesquite, Duck Creek, or Greenville when I lived there. Best deal for the money anyplace. You get out as much as you put in.

I haven’t been in a long time, and I finally went twice. Once on Saturday , and once on Monday. After Monday, I am switching to the other PF that’s equally as far. Place is always packed. Lots of equipment is old, and needs to be upgraded to this decade. The stair masters are broken. What got me was that there was a man using the treadmill next to me, and kept passing gas the entire time. Then he sprayed me while wiping down the equipment at the end.

Most of the employees are nice and greet you coming in or out. They take care of an issue right away! Facility is nice. Just wish there were more free weights. They need another handicap stall in the women's restroom.

I’m sure they are probably short handed but their is always no soap, paper towels, don’t look like the bathrooms are ever clean. Usually their are 2 (if not more) workers at the desk talking.I have seen them vacuum and wipe down machines int the afternoon. They have put the smell good things in the toilet but it doesn’t change the fact of the bathrooms not being cleaned.

Started coming to this gym around a month ago because the one near me is always full. I like it. Very nice and helpful staff and the machines are all spaced out so it doesn’t feel claustrophobic. Only downside is some of the treadmills are a bit faulty but aside from that good gym.

Nice employees .❤ Not to happy about them charging a 40 dollar annual maintenance fee after a month into joining when there's no regular maintenance at this location.😒 Most of the equipment don't work !😓Not to mention the restrooms were out of order for 2 whole weeks ! Really? 😫 I don't even work out as often anymore. 😞 It's so close to my house but I think I'd drive a few extra miles somewhere else for a better workout experience ! ✌🏾
