The men's restroom smells like a homeless shelter.. especially around the shower area.. please fix..After 3 weeks.. the restroom still reeks of Urine. Not fixed.. walls are kinda yellowish..

This is a great gym! I like the layout of the facility. It's not hard to navigate what each machine is for and the usage. There are a lot of exercise equipment so you don't have to wait on them to use them. Also the restrooms and locker room are very clean. The front desk employees are friendly. I like the location of the facility. Also where the abdomen machines are you can do your floor exercise privately and also your yoga. Very nice facility.

Great gym. New equipment. I try to go 4 or 5 times a week.

The cell phone use policy has not changed at all... Theres a lot of customer's on the phone and just sitting on the machines... Ive already brought it up to the front desk also.

My experience with planet fitness has been phenomenal the staff is very caring and helpful. The equipment is state of the art.

They had different machines i havent seen before if you want to work on abbs its really good and the machines that are like row boats was vary relaxing for me and my husband nice loved it

Shady Employees - I called about cancelling an account that has never been used, nor do I recall signing up for (but hey it things happen), only to have a rude and condescending employee tell me I cannot cancel because I had been in the facility recently. HERE'S THE KICKER - the "recently" was the moment he signed me in at the location while on the phone. You can only obtained your gym membership card/tag by coming into the facility. So how did I do that? Oh... I took screenshots. I'm a digital analyst. I investigate shady digital practices for a living. The Corporate "customer support" did not care at all about the shady practices either. STAY AWAY from Planet Fitness. All I wanted was a simple cancellation. Screenshots are attached ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just quit. Came back for first time in few months; mask are "recommended" but not enforced per staff (half members didn't wear them). Didn't want to debate "non mask freedom" issue. Gym close by (same price) temperature checks, and requires mask and gloves.

This GYM 💪🏼 where do I start? It’s clean, equipment it’s NEVER BROKEN, the personal it’s just amaizing, they are very professional, educated and always smiling..Woman bathroom is clean and they have so many lockers to put your personal belongings. Prices are great!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
