It's a nice environment and staff are nice not very interactive though and it's pretty clean from a external look but it could be a bit cleaner restroom wise other than that a pretty decent gym for everyone to say the least

I love this place. It's the best workout program membership that I have found.you can bring a different friend with you everytime that you visit you also can get a massage in a chair or you can get a tan with their stand up tanning salon. I live this place and their membership.

Horrible customer service because I cancel my membership in the lady told me I wasn't going to get charged the annual fee but then I got charged 3 days later. And I ask them why I was charged she said because I cancel to let so I was like why did the other lady tell me that I wasn't going to get charged. It make no sense different ppl tell you different things. In I can't talk to her cause the lady talking about she no longer work there how convenient.I only been a member for almost two months I shouldn't even be charged for the annual fee. That's not the point the point is they tell you one thing and do another.

I love it. I see the same dedicated faces every morning. Even though I don't necessarily interact with the faces I see, I can tell each person is giving their all to reach their goal. It gives me motivation to do better for myself. To get my health back up to my military days. No more feeling sorry for myself. It makes it easy when you have a clean judgement free zone to obtain these Goals with. Whats holding you back? The smith machine and leg press are almost always sticking and don’t slide well. Idk if they maintenance their equipment often enough. I went to the medallion location and the smith machine worked perfectly. I saw what I was missing out on. Other than that it’s a decent gym.

Came to the location on friday. Asked the staff is she could activate the hydromassage for me and she told me that until she is done, and yet she took forever to get done and had me waiting for a long time. I understand they can get busy but yet they should value our time at the gym as well. :(

Went to this location due to traffic and my usual location was pretty far. Moving on went in started my work out and noticed that the environment was very relaxed. Not really my concern but what was my concern is when im doing my workout mind my business. The assistant manager came directly to me and ask me to follow the rules of the gym. Mind you I was. I go to PF often. I felt I was picked out of the other members in the vicinity. When I asked what was that all about I got a b.s. answer and apology. So I quietly left and will just use my usual location.

Love this Planet Fitness. The staff is great. It can get a bit busy (especially on Mondays). There are ALWAYS tons of cardio machines available. The weight-machines are hit-or-miss. Don't go on Mondays (because no weight machines will be available). But the rest of the week tends to be pretty reasonable.

It’s always crowded and they don’t require masks as half the patrons walk through the gym panting and spreading their delta variant COVID, lastly the air quality is awful. I can smell other people’s breath and body odor the moment I enter the facility. Sucks because this is the closest gym to my house that is reasonably priced. On a high note, the employees are always friendly and welcoming.
