I did not feel safe working out in this location. A lot of people do not wear a mask and the workers do not enforce this. Some of the trainers don’t wear a mask either.

Great time. Some of the machines need new upholstery but we are there to work out so, it's all good. But fix it.

Friendly and polite staff.. everyone was respectful and nice on my visit here. They have a variety of machines and options. It was a bit packed when i went @7pm on a tuesay.

They dont do social distance here nor do they do capacity gets too crowded. workers here dont clean up nothing worst planet fitness i been too came several times always the same here they also break in lockers many times from what i see avoid this place

Newer and more equipment than some other facilities and appears bigger. Nice and clean. Wasn't crowded but it was 8am.

I had been meaning to get a fitness membership way last year kept putting it off and putting it off finally I talked to myself into going to planet fitness where the staff is amazingly nice the tenning beds are super clean the hydro massage table is off the chain it is the best feeling I've had in a long long time there's also a body enhancement machine there that once you get in it and your body let your body soak in the lights And you start that shaking mechanism once you get out it feels like a complete workout it's nice

We are at the planet fitness on Buckner, we can’t even get into the gym. Without having our phones with us. Is this normal? The lady at the register helping us her name is Jennifer. And the customer service is horrific..
