8am is opening time on Saturday yet they never open at 8am. People are sitting in their cars at 8:15, 8:20. I left to use Planet Fitness because I know they’re open. This isn’t the first time this happens and probably won’t be the last time. This happens at their other locations also, very disappointing.

Haven’t been to this club in a while, have to give cudos to the new managers Justin and Abdon, gym is a heck of a lot cleaner and member experience is through the roof! Will recommend to my friends!

Honestly, their sales reps and employment personnel have no customer service what so ever. You ask them something and they dont know. So why are they their for. Ohh and manager aren't no help at all as well.Plus that gym is so small always packed cant even work out right.
