A young man in the front named Gerson is always very welcoming and polite. Anytime I have questions about a machine or my membership he answers them very well.

When I signed up to get a membership, the guy that helped me was super polite. He explained the differences between the memberships and the various benefits I can get. If you’re looking into signing up, go with Gerson!!

Owner should spend less time responding to these google reviews and more time responding to the problems actually happening in the gym like kids being harmed at their child care center likely due to negligence. No accountability, horrible leadership, and even worse management. I hope they can change their ways before something terrible happens to another person.

I would not recommend this location. My daughter was bit by another child in February (2 months ago) , and I have yet to receive answers as to what exactly occurred. Management doesn’t like to be responsible for anything, and no one likes to take control of situations.

Great experience !!!the staff are friendly and always happy to help.I always take my kids to daycare ,they have a great time. I notice that they don’t have water fountains and they are not allowed to bring water it would be helpful to add a water fountain.other than that everything else is fine.

The gym is amazing! I was helped by Daniela Madrigal super nice person, her customer service was on point. She answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable. I’m so glad I will join the gym! I highly recommend going with her.

Sanitation has improved, but more could be done. I do appreciate the call from Trufit’s VP, Mr. Saffen. Which is the reason why I changed my rating back and did not cancel my membership. I hope for continuing improvement.

At this location they have a good amount of Olympic squat racks but their equipment although new it is limited for someone looking for advance body building equipment. Another thing I did not like in my personal preference from common gyms is that at this true fit location the “leg” the “upper body” the “cables” the “plate loaded” equipment is scattered and mixed. The gym gives me a very open vibe not in a good way. Almost giving me a feeling of emptiness due to the open and plain decorations.It is a very clean gym from my one time experience, equipment is in excellent condition and the staff was very friendly and profesional.
