The BEST community you will ever be a part of! From their kickboxing program, to metcon (high intensity) to CrossFit, you will never leave the gym feeling anything less than completely exhausted. The coaches are amazing and very motivating no matter your level fitness. I've never enjoyed fitness much until I joined Frequency; now I do CrossFit about 6 days a week and love it more each and every day. I highly recommend giving them a try- they have an amazing intro class that's free!

I have tried out several local gyms over the years and Frequency Fitness is by far the best gym in Mount Pleasant. All fitness levels are accommodated and the coaches are so patient and fun. They also really know what they are doing and are very passionate about fitness. Whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned Crossfitter, you will be challenged. Not to mention, the people in the Freq community are just the best. I definitely consider it my gym family. They have social events and we often get together outside of the gym. What better place to meet like minded folks. I just can't say enough.

Fantastic gym for GPP. It has the following:- community: You'll make some wonderful friends who will motivate you and amaze you with their own accomplishments,- coaches who know their stuff and are always seeking to improve their knowledge,- convenient class times with some open gym time,- and methodology - Crossfit: "“constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement.”

I won a 4 week fitness challenge at Frequency Fitness at a holiday party silent auction for charity. Having been members in the past at gyms with rows and rows of treadmills and ellipticals but very little personal interaction, I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive. The workouts have indeed been challenging, especially for someone who's been out of the game for a while. But the most impressive things to me have been the organization and professionalism of the coaching staff, as well as camaraderie among the community. If you want to plug in your ear buds and walk on a treadmill for an hour, this may not for you. I tried to do a pull up for the first time since high school and failed miserably, but at least five people went out of their way to encourage me, help me with my form, and congratulate my effort. Without that community pushing and pulling me along, it would be easy to give up. Frequency Fitness takes the "no judgement zone" one step further, to active encouragement and support to help one meet their goals.

I wanted to share my 1-year journey to encourage you to truly give this place a chance as I believe you'll have no regrets.First, a little about me. When I joined Frequency, I weighed over 190 lbs, was topping 30% body fat and was in the worst shape of my life while preparing to be a first time dad. Worse, I have had borderline hypertension since I was a teen and I don't need to state the dangers of being overweight and having high blood pressureJoining was not easy for me and I wanted to quit daily for the first month just looking for a reason to give up. I'm also a super introvert so group workouts were intimidating at first. I also had some of the worst form when I started including being corrected for even simple things like air squats - no exaggeration. But I stuck with it. One year later, I'm down nearly 30 lbs. I've lost over 8% body fat since starting the body scans in January and 14% body fat overall since joining last year. All while adding muscle. PS - I still eat pizza, have cookies, etc. You don't have to completely give up foods or things that bring you comfort and I've learned that during this time.I've have made friends in the process. Built up my confidence. Look better. Feel better. And most importantly, the healthiest I've been in a long time.Seriously, there isn't enough good things I can say about being a member besides stick with it and trust the process. I know my journey has just begun and I really urge you to give it a try.I hope to see you all in the gym going forward. Reach out to me or talk w/any member as most have similar stories. And more importantly, do it for you.PS - The coaches are truly the best and you can go to them for anything whether it's help with form, nutrition or just to talk. They're great people and better friends.

This gym definitely has something special! The community of people here is the core differentiator between the other gyms out there. Everyone from the staff to all levels of athlete know each other by name and lift each other up through every challenge.Accountability also is a key differentiator. If you’re looking for a real change in your life and positive results, frequency is the way to go!

I am not the type of person who can hop on a treadmill for 30 minutes, or even stick to a strict workout program on my own, I need someone to tell me what to do and push me. Frequency offers the variety of classes and workouts that keep me from getting bored. The coaches are helpful and encouraging. Overall; more than a gym, this is a whole community of people who come together to sweat and support each other in and out of the gym.

I have always been apprehensive to the concept of a 'crossfit' gym. This particular gym has shifted any preconceived notions I had in the past and continually exceeds my expectations. My wife and I recently had our first child and it is an understatement to say that I let myself go throughout the pregnancy and the Holidays that followed the birth. Participating in Operation Crush has reinvigorated my energy to improving myself both physically and mentally and thus far I am ecstatic with the results. I finally feel like we have gotten our life back on track from an overall health perspective and it is thanks to the Crush competition and all of the great coaches at frequency that have shepherded us through this journey. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking challenge themselves physically and mentally in a safe well coached communal environment full of fresh and dynamic workouts.

I have been going to this gym for about a year and a half now and i love it. The community is awesome, the trainers are great and the programs they put on are on point. Their operation crush program has gotten me to great starts to the year. This year is my second time doing it and i have seen awesome results in both years. I’ve lost over 40 lbs combined and over 10% body fat. Not only do they help you learn how to lose the weight and eat clean, they show you the steps to be able to maintain this clean way of eating outside of the program after it’s done. Now it’s up to me to continue those teachings and i believe I’ll be able to do it going forward.
