The best decision I ever made was accepting an invitation to attend a 5:00am class and after the first class I was hooked!!! Everyone at RockBox is supportive and friendly. The RockBox trainers keep you challenging yourself and smashing all your goals! Craig and Wendy are amazing, with their leadership and mentoring in nutrition, personal training, and lifestyle.

RockBox is a highly motivating atmosphere with trainers who care about your fitness and well-being. The workouts change daily and don't get boring. I get a lot of individual attention. The meal plans are great. I've seen a total change in my body.

I love that this is a 1/2 kickboxing 1/2 functional workout. There is no guessing on how to do things like a normal gym & you are coached through your whole workout! Nightly recommended!

I like the different time options, the instructors, the music, and the support and encouragement provided by the instructors and others in the classes. Murfreesboro Rockbox staff is great!
