I like their facilities and that they offer childcare. Friendly staff, the women who work in the childcare room have gotten to know and like my son, and he likes them. Their open hours work for me.Don't like that their membership is predatory and doesn't allow you to cancel unless you move away or become disabled.

Tori is the best she always greets me when I walk in. Which really makes my day every day! Definitely makes me feel comfortable when going to a new gym. I would recommend this gym to anyone because the staff is so nice and cheerful. She also makes really go protein shakes :)

I have been to every big sky gym and they are all great but I drive a little farther everyday for the New Britain location, the staff is the friendliest of any gym I’ve ever been, especially Tori (she also makes the best shakes). No reason to go to any other gym.
