Big Sky

This gym is a rip off I went there for over a year and when I left for military training I tried to pause my account I was told I was all set now they want me to to pay $380 cus they never paused said account and put me in collections. I have been trying to contact someone at the gym for months now and the managers seem to always be busy I finally got a hold of one manager and he was hostile and rude as soon as I explained my situation

Gym itself is fine, plenty of machines, although it can get pretty crowded at peak hours. Just be ready to never cancel your membership.The 1 star is for how much of a hassle it is to cancel your policy. You have to mail in request to cancel and then once they get that you're still on the hook for another 25 days. They won't tell you how to cancel either, they just say to call their payment company, and then you have to jump through 25 hoops just to find out that you then have to send them something.Also the "Best Gym of the Year" awards mean nothing. They win because they ask every person that walks in to vote for them, it's not earned naturally.

Awesome gym! I’ve been going here for over 3 years. Staff is always friendly, gym is super clean, and all good equipment. Make sure you see Trevor for 10/10 protein shakes!!

Have been workin out at Big Sky for a couple years now and I have nothing bad to say at all. Great equipment, shakes, but mostly staff. Trevor was very welcoming and super nice! Also makes the best protein shakes ever!! 11/10

Every time I come into this gym to work out I am always greeted by the employees and it make me feel welcomed to come to this gym. After my workout I usually get a protein shake and the employees will always recommend me different shakes to try and they always say goodbye not just to me but to everyone who leaves after their workout. They have good workout machine and keep the gym clean but the big thing that makes me keep coming back to big sky is the great customer service keep it up guys!!!

The gym has plenty of equipment and everything is very clean. Great protein shakes too.

This is the best gym around, as soon as I step foot in this gym it felt like home, the staff is outstanding, the locker rooms are clean, the music is just right for the gym setting, shakes are way better than Bk's I never thought I would say that, but yeah over all I wouldn't switch gym's what's so ever, this is the right place to be.

been going here for several years and i've had no issues. the shakes are delicious, the people are friendly, and the whole place overall is clean and safe.

Been to Big Sky Gym’s in Simsbury, Farmington, and Newington and this one is my favorite by far. Never too busy, friendly staff, and always clean.
