WeHa Edge has the best environment by far. The members are all kind and the atmosphere isn't intimidating at all. The manager is the best. She's on top of everything, she's active and interactive. The crew is just cool and actually looks happy and inviting compared to other Edge clubs. Shakes are PEAK quality. 11 out of 10

Just started going to this gym. I like everything this gym offers as in classes, the variety of machines, the different rooms especially the movie room. I’m only rating it a 4 because there’s a specific staff, not sure what his name is but all the times I’ve walked in while he’s supposed to be greeting people, he’s never used words with me. He would just point at the device to scan the membership card as if I was a little kid who doesn’t know what they’re doing. My friend has gotten the same treatment from him. It’s just rude to certain cultures for him to act that way. It just gets me in a bad mood after I get in contact with him.He needs to be trained in how to greet people and use his words like an adult.

Nice, new, gym with helpful staff - and a fatal flaw. Apparently, they do not allow benching in the power racks, even though it is de facto the safest way to bench. Why? Because it "messes up the wooden floors."I was under the impression that power racks were fitness equipment, but I guess they are Ethan Allen furniture in disguise, and must be kept in nice condition at all costs, including the safety of gym members. :)Although this gym is clean, new, inexpensive and appears to be well run otherwise, this rule does not set the right tone with me. I get the sense that appearances may be more important that results. As a result, I joined a different gym where I can work out safely and in the way I would like to.

Avoid this "Fitness Club" at all costs. This gym is consistently over crowded and it is extremely difficult to use any gym equipment due to the volume of people. They trapped me into a 12-month agreement which was a total scam. Halfway through my agreement I tried to transfer my membership to another location as I moved to another town that also has an Edge location. They would not accommodate my request to transfer at such time, so I verbally requested cancellation. I was told I could pay out the remainder of my contract and it would cancel at the end of my agreement. After paying out the remainder of my contract I thought I was done with this disaster of a gym. Come to find I am required to provide 30-day written notice of cancellation even though I called to cancel months ago. Long story short they charged me for an annual renewal fee and another 2 months of membership after the agreement and corporate refuses to void the charges. As a gym frequenter I can attest that this is with out a doubt the worst gym I have ever been to. This company is concerned only for financial gain, and is a terrible place to go if you are truly interested in health and fitness.

I love this gym, i love the people ‘ environment etc BUT i really wish day care hours were more flexible. The hours stop at 8 pm during the week and most people work until 5/6 pm, doesn’t leave enough room for my full workout after work & on the weekends we’re expected to wake up early on your day off because day care is only until 12…. Really the hours are for more single people and not single people with kids. It should close at 9:30 on week days and at least 3 pm on Saturday & Sunday . So yeah great gym just wish day care was more available

Gym is always busy. Moving to another state and they made me cancel via email. Email won't cancel my membership because there is a location "near me" (20 minute train ride from downtown Philadelphia). Won't have a car yet the email box will not cancel. Overall I would never recommend this gym.

I recently tested positive for covid. In the 2 weeks prior to the onset of symptoms I was at the gym 6 times. I am fairly certain this is where I contracted it, since it is the only place I go where I spend time indoors with other people who are unmasked and unvaccinated. When I called to report the fact that covid was present in their facility the response I got was one of genuine indifference. They expressed no interest in doing any sort of contact tracing, and gave me no indication they would inform any of the members that there was a recent outbreak. They do not require masks, they do not require vaccinations, they do not require unvaccinated people to wear masks, and during the fall when there was a local mandate to wear masks they did not enforce it and most of the people in the gym were still unmasked. When I told them I felt unsafe in their facility and wanted to cancel my membership I was told covid is not a reason to cancel.Re: Response from the owner. I spoke to 3 of your staff, 2 of whom were managers, and none of whom took this "very seriously." Taking covid seriously would mean enforcing mask mandates when they are in place, requiring members to be vaccinated, informing members of recent outbreaks, and following up with people in the facility who tested positive. None of this happened.

I had to cancel my membership due to the fact that I had to have surgery and I was told they needed a Dr's note to cancel this membership. After I provided proof I was still charged for two months. I called the manager and I was told to email the Dr's note again and they would refund me the two months. After doing this, I still wasn't refunded the money. I waited patiently and after about a week, I still didn't get a refund. I contacted the manager again and was told that the information was passed to their administrator and they don't know why it wasn't refunded. The manager told me they would email the administrator again and get back to me by the end of the day. I never heard anything and still wasn't refunded. I waited several days and called the manager again but I was told the manager was in a meeting and they would call me back. I still haven't heard anything and this has been an ongoing issue for weeks. I will never get a membership here again if this is the type of service they provide their customers.

I love the gym I really do love all the people and staff. But please please take off Cardi B and all her songsPlease read the lyrics and if you do have children would you want YOUR children to listen to that. Sure I can bring my own headsets but take away the bad written songs. Please.Love all the equipment and help there. It’s always clean and fresh. You do a very great job with the cleanliness.
