No one is ever at the front desk and random people just walk right in without scanning anything, over crowing the gym. Idk why I even paid when I coulda came for free

The gym itself is great and the staff is good. After work hours 3-6 is when it's most packed. It's not 24 hours anymore since COVID and you're still paying the same price.

Decent place up until recently. Multiple machines/cable stations have been broken for weeks/months now. Makes it a lot harder to workout when it is even slightly busy

Joined this gym 2 months ago. I switched from NYSC not only am I paying less but this gym is bigger and offers alot more in terms of supplements a pool , steam room etc

For the most part its ok . They need an additionial 1 or 2 flat bench press benches. Half the times of the 5 total benches they have people take the bars off to other location so need more bars.I have actually waited for this same guy every day sits on the bench over 45 min.Then try and find 10 pount weights not always easy. Nobody put thing away if a person doesnt do it

I've been coming here since the gym first opened up and it has fallen immensely over the past couple of months. The same equipment (chest fly machine and cable machine) has been broken for months without any progress being made and no word from the front desk on when they plan to get them repaired.

The farther from the 5 boroughs you get, the better the 24hour fitness' become. This place is clean, the staff is helpful, and the members seem serious about working out. Plenty of free weights and you don't have to wait around much for a machine.

Great gym, phenomenal people. Great staff and excellent resources love it. Membership is expensive but worth it. Personally for me I can't afford but the 3 days guest pass was truly eye opening, great amazing gym.
