It's been an uphill battle for this club since covid began. There's very little staff and the upkeep is not on par with what it should be. We're very rarely greeted at the door. There aren't too many classes. The pool is not open at 5:00 a.m. No more towel service. The cleaning crew is just starting to get this place back in shape. It's an adult gym. No young people and there really shouldn't be. The locker rooms are continuously disheveled. Overnight lockers are prohibited but at least 30 still remain. One shower door was removed and never put back. The upkeep in the wet area is hard to keep sanitary. The lifeguards are nice people. There are not too many personal trainers. You rarely find Management in the building. It was good when it started and it's been a slow progression to a disaster. What can any of us say? Whatever staff is there it's pretty nice.

I would say this is one of the best gyms in the area for the price. Lifetime is better but I don't think it is worth more than double the price of this one. The city of white plains gyms have no parking so those are not options for someone with a car.Good selection of equipment. There are 2 power stations with squat racks, one smith machine, and 2 other squat racks. Here is the bad part after going back to normal for months the gym decided to bring masks back. This is something no one asked for and no one wanted. This extremely diminishes the joy of going here and is a great disappointment.Don't cave to NY's authoritarian rules imposed by a governor who was never elected

I love the equipment this gym has to offer. The reason for the low score is the facility has their weights scattered across the gym! It’s disappointing when you want to look for you weights and they are no where to be found or you only find one. No one is cleaning up their space and not putting weights back. Cleaning supplies are not refilled and staff is no where to be found to help. Do better 24 hr fitness! 🤬

Great workout! I wish all people would clean behind themselves. I do suggest to clean everything before and after use for safety. Working out with a mask was easier than I thought.

Good weights, very clean. No broken machines. Everyone is respectful. No ghetto trash or attitudes. Best time is before rush hours.

Absolutely terrible customer service from this company. Continued to charge me even when the location by me closed down. Phone hotlines to cancel doesn't go anywhere. Made me travel all the way to this location in person to cancel when it quite easily was something that could be done over phone. When I asked for a manager to refund the charges for a gym that closed down, there was none available

Where do I start? Machines aren't repaired, then you have these powerlifters, crossfitters and Olympic trainers hogging the squat and bench racks for hourssss.. I mean hours.. go to to iron vault or mvb or a crossfit gym.. this is a commercial gym..its always crowded you will find yourself waiting for a machine for hours thats if it's not broken!. I honesly hate working out here!.

It’s no two-level Ramsey NJ Super-Sport, but features good natural lighting, the necessities, and a decent vibe. Always a diverse crew, which can go either way. Shoutout to club manager Greg for making post-Covid signup quick and easy!

Update: DON'T sign-up for training sessions. You won't get to use them and you won't get your money back. Cancelled my membership.People refuse to put up weights and you spend forever looking for them and cleaning up after others. Been complaining to staff for months now but they have taken no action.Looking for other options.
