Great gym but dirty shower. They don’t clean the shower heads and the glass doors look like it hasn’t been clean in a while.

Signed up to try the gym 3 day pass drive all the way there to be told it’s not honored for the week it will be 25 dollars to work out for the day! Why would you allow people to sign up if you’re not honoring it AND 25 DOLLARS FOR ONE DAY IS INSANE.

The bathroom is always dirty, everyday I come in the bathroom toilets is disgusting, the urinal toilet standing areas appears to be piss or some type of liquid on the floor. All the gym mirrors have never been cleaned for the past 2 years since I have been a member, I can tell by the same streak and someone initials still mark on the glass. The running machines are never wiped down throughly, staff members are on their phones not noticing members walking in to check in or want to buy a drink. The mat floors need to be cleaned and sanitized as well. You would think Scarsdale a nice area and high tax, you would think it would be better than bordline bronx at pelham but nope.

If you’re looking for a clean place to workout, this is NOT it. Every review you read about the filth in the bathrooms and on the gym floor is completely accurate. Whoever writes anything about a clean environment is completely lying. They’re plants who are sent by management to lie. I’ve never seen this gym properly cleaned. It’s concerning after a global pandemic!

Hey Gym manager please clean the gym I go everyday and still see the dust building up. I'll update you to five stars once you clean the top of your equipment.

The gym and bathroom is super clean, the equipment is well maintained and the staff is friendly!.

what a disappointing place i left the gym itching from head to toe i had a similar experience at planet fitness this is due to dirty equipment locker rooms it’s been 3 days now i’m still itchy poor quality of people i should have know i asked to be shown around the gym by some short spanish guy he took a few steps said this is it started to point to the machines no class i went back the next day because there are not many guys in my area i recently left nysc i’m running back there can’t wait to get back they clean constantly never feel itchy never again i step foot in this gym

UPDATE: Gym is literally falling apart, floor mat is crumbling next to the dumbell benches, and I hurt my hamstring on the hamstring curl machine because the pin slots are snapping apart.This gym has totally fallen apart in the last 2 years. Equipment constantly broken, dirty, and impossible to find the weights you're looking for. Dumbbells are never paired up. Staff doesn't put anything back anymore. Always overcrowded.It was great 4 years ago, but a dump of a gym now.

Went to the gym a few weeks ago before work, went to go take a quick shower & a women’s pad was on the shower floor. I asked the front desk how often are the showers cleaned..every OTHER day. THATS DISGUSTING. I went back for a night workout & the locker room was gross. Protein power spilled, hair brush left out & dust & clumps on hair on the floor. As a gym & HEALTH club, this is disgraceful. Pelham manor is much cleaner. GET IT TOGETHER. As I read all other comments, unfortunately this gym is becoming dirty. Get to work management.

Pros:- When you arrive at the gym, the employees I’ve met are very nice. That’s where it ends.- Convenient locationCons:Locker Rooms:- Never cleaned- Restrooms always have toilet paper on the ground.- Shower areas are not scrubbed. I’ve seen globs of hair in the same place for days.- Little gnats sometimes are in the shower area.- Soap dispensers are not always full.Gym floor:- Weights are always missing or there’s not enough- Weights are never put back or ever organized for the next day reset.- Recently someone stole the 5lbs and 10lbs and the owner explained he is not replacing them.They have a great space but the upkeep on it is horrid most days. If you’re taking a class they seem ok. I go because of convenience.
