Completely dirty, clumps of hair and dust litter the ground, weights are never racked and pose a serious tripping hazard. As of writing this two of the four cables are broken. Used to love this place, not anymore

Glorified planet fitness at this point. PF might be better actually. I love the equipment they have to offer, but the place never gets cleaned, finding dumbbells and weights becomes a scavenger hunt, and the staff simply does not care

I like reading all the complaints... Yes there is always way to improvement. U find weights all over guess who did that.? Find garbage on the floor , same!Mom does not come around to pick it up! Because people pay $50 a month for a membership they don't own the place with butler service. Don't like the music , speak up! U think people sit around , speak up in person , right there!Management !! Do your part! Dear member! This is yr GYM!

Planet fitness does a better job of keeping the gym clean.Machines never cleaned or broken, dumbells all over the place, garbage all over the locker room, bathrooms consistently missing toilet paper, BUGS IN THE SAUNA / WET AREA. My friend got mrsa from the unsanitary conditions in the wet area! I may leave before the same happens to me.I have approached the staff and management about these conditions and sent emails. Management claims to be "working on it" but does nothing. I know other members have done the same. They clearly don't care and should not be in management.

Whoever is in charge of this particular location, take note of these very valid reviews from others. My review is a culmination of all these past negative reviews. I get it that it is hard to find staff these days, but they should be educated on what their job is and at minimum do it.

8 o’clock on a Sunday night a staff of three sit in the membership area chatting. Trap is music blasting and every other word is N***a.No one at the front desk!No one re-racking the weights!No one cleaning the trash on the gym floor!No one cleaning the locker rooms!Fire them all and start over. General manager if you don’t believe me, go to the video.
