They say its a month to month contract cancel anytime but after the first month they hit you up for $49.99 for each member on your account as many add ons you have the more $49.99 you pay so if you have multiple people in your account get your wallet ready. So if its a month to month why are they charging a yearly fee subscription 🤔. My $125 dollars a month is not enough for a monthly fee that they need to charge another $100 without notice. Oh and by the way when you sign on first, look at the screen they write down your email wrong on purpose so you can't get a receipt from them even though i wrote it on a piece of paper for them. And when you try to cancel there is no cancelation over the phone and only a manager can cancel, go figure and good luck. I get in a bad attitude when people try to play with my hard earning money. Thinking by joining this place month to month i would relax a bit but it turns out they are upfront liars and just give you more stress. And they do not resolve anything over the phone so if your dying in the hospital they still charge you or you can tell the nurse to roll your bed to the gym to cancel. Bottom line they need transparency and stop charging without notice be upfront with all your fees and month to month means that month to month so why a yearly subscription fee scum bags.

Been at this gym for more than 2 years and everything has been fine. But up till recently the gym hours makes no sense at this location. The name of the gym is 24hr and yet you close at 8pm on the weekends, compared to thru out the week. Makes no sense at all.

Staff at the front desk are great and friendly. Would recommend management/trainers lead by example and emphasize re-racking weights. I’ve seen people have to un-rack 8 45 plates that was left over from other people on hack squat (today) Attitude of customers reflects leadership of staff, simple as that. I genuinely hope you guys improve. Thankfully Scarsdale has picked up their game. Management in this location seriously needs to step up and lead their team better and set a higher standard for the gym. Wish you all the best since i’ve worked at commercial gyms before and know it’s not an easy job.

If I could I would not even give them one star . I witnessed fraudulent behavior from this gym. My signature was forged on my personal trainer contract . I paid for multiple personal training sessions, never had a chance to have the personal training due to Covid and was never asked to sign a contract . Someone else signed my name to a contract that had my name on it . I no longer trust this gym . Fraudulent behavior. BEWARE !

Originally I joined this gym because they were new. But the facilities are not being maintained properly at all this gym is getting quite nasty. The pictures attached are of the locker rooms. There is mold and mildew everywhere. The fixtures are rusting from lack of maintenance in addition to a lot of them being broken. There is visible signs that the floors are not swept or mopped properly due to the black buildup of dirt underneath the chairs which I also took pictures of. Long story short this gym is not worth what they are charging I’ve seen cleaner facilities at a planet fitness spending $10 a month versus the $50 that they charge here.(The tiles in the pictures I have a sort of gray shoe to them, just so there’s no confusion that’s not shadow that is dirt)If you’re looking for a place that has weights yes this gym has it but concerning the state of affairs with a pandemic and germs and cleanliness being a big thing if you’re concerned about that this is not the gym for you. I will attach pictures of the weight area and the bathrooms later which are also equally in bad if not worse condition

I have wrote views about this gym before I just want to people to really over look the gym before u sign a contract ask a lot of ?’s . Ask about there cleaning staff something they don’t haveAsking why the pool still isn’t working for about 9 month now .I will tell why I stop going there for1: SAUNA . After the guess will finishing working out they will come to the sauna without taking a shower and sit in there with there smelly bodies . when there’s sign posted that everyone need to shower. Thats not healthy or right for the once’s who shower before .I have seen men shave there legs I’m there. The wood is dirty and it smells etc….,2: STEAM ROOM is very dirty guess are alway pouring oils in there that not good to breathe in steam room is alway broken and it take months for them to fix it.. The sitting is not a clean place to sit people are very loud and rude etc….3: POOL very big problem the water is dirty and smells I Caught a EYE infection and foot fungus from the bottom of the pool. Everyone share’s that 1 pool when there another pool but it’s been close for the summer because they don’t want to hire more lifeguards. So people this 24 hour in Pelham isn’t the gym when u talk to the sign up Ladies they will make everything look and sound good because they want the money once u sign the contract you will be just another member!!!!

I’m gonna get straight to the point there is a lack of squat racks/deadlift platforms. I find myself waiting for 20+ minutes to get a squat rack since there is only 4 and the gym is always packed. I also think there isn’t enough machines. There’s only one of everything and sometimes it gets hard to walk around from machine to machine since there is practically no space in between machines.

I have been member of this gym for almost 2 years. When I joined I was very pleased with the facility however changes have been made that I am very unhappy with and I am considering joining a new gym. The staff is friendly however there is misleading about the status of the pool\jacuzzi and sauna spaces. There are 2 lap pools however one has been closed likely because they want to save money. This makes the other pool very crowded and with limited hours on top of that it is difficult to use the pool. The jacuzzi has been broken for about a month now and given the budget cuts that appear to be happening in the pool area, I don't believe they're actually planning on re opening it. There is also poor communication between the gym staff and members about these changes. If I only wanted to use weight machines I would pay 20 dollars and go to planet fitness. I am very disappointed with the state of this gym and will no longer pay for amenities that are being severely limited due to greed. I will pay more if I have to and take my business elsewhere.

This gym is 50/50, some weeks or days it’s clean. Like 70/30. As i am a daily gym goer (4-5times) . Other times it’s a huge mess. I find myself waiting for the same machine. People don’t understand the bodybuilding routine so they sit there and don’t know how many reps they are doing in order to share. I had a girl get mad at me for using a machine she wasn’t using. It can be messy. Like gross messy. I hear people have gotten infections. It’s vital for a gym to be clean for this reason. There is urine in sweat and you can get horrid diseases this way if not careful. I want to workout and leave and it’s not possible. People lay on the turf, don’t clean after themselves, and don’t put weights back. It gets overcrowded so I no longer go here. They need to enforce stricter rules here to make it a safe space. I wouldn’t say it is at the moment. If you want to use the wood room studio and leave. That’s more private and do able. Stair masters and treadmills are often open. Just not for strict workout goers. It’s a very diverse gym and many types of different workout people. Old, and young etc.
