Signed up for this gym while I am living in Yonkers for 6 weeks. Compared to the other gyms in the area, this gym has a lot to offer. The only downside is that the gym is usually trashed. Gym equipment is never put back where it belongs and there are used cleaning paper towels everywhere.

Disappointing to say the least. I was a member here when the gym first opened and it was great. Slowly it started to deteriorate as the LA Fitness crowd took over. Ended up leaving for a few years then came back to promises that they put the weights back and keep things clean. A blatant lie as my first day back I couldn't find any of the weights in the right places, let alone on the rack. Cancelled again and never went back. Tons of potential here but clearly it's being dropped.

Nadia welcome me very well at my first day by giving me priority helping download app while there was people trying to talk to her she took her time to help me, I believe that’s what you call customer service, happy to have her working in this beautiful gym

24hs Fitness - Location Pelham ManorKevin Rodrigues did an excellent job, great customer service, very attentive and knowledgeable, also, Emelyn, who convinced me to join the club/gym.Last but not least, I congratulate the management team for their training support and work ethic given to their employees. Josh (7 footer ), such amazing customer service. His professionalism is unmatched, very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. My husband and I walked in to get information about the gym and we signed up because how well he sold us.

I am a member of 24 hour fitness but I attend L.A. fitness as a buddy with my coworker. 24 hour fitness always closes a pool and the whirlpool and the smell of the sauna made me want to die. I have paid for a year at 24 hour fitness. But I hate that I have to begin going to my own gym again 😪 I pray they have got the staff actually helping people and cleaning I'm disabled and when I'm at my own gym I feel unwelcome. It's been 5 months away from there I'm hoping for the best. There's a young college student that always talks nice to everyone and she is very informative. I think having the top membership I should get a free water at the least There's nothing special about paying the top membership fee. Please don't respond to my post OWNER because you are not the real owner responding to the review.

I have been attending this gym since October and in the beginning it was fine but now I’m close to just cancelling my membership. I go to the gym at around 7 and it is so full with people on machines on their phones that I walk in look around and just head back home. It is so crammed for a small gym I believe. Honestly if you want a good workout in, you gotta spend a late Saturday night there. It’s busy messy and just so overwhelming. If the space was bigger and able to accommodate more people it would be a top notch gym but right now for all my gym rats, I’d invest in a new gym.

Great Great gym however my only problem is the bathrooms and the main facility is too dam dirty Needs to be clean more often. You shouldn't have to step and piss to go to the bathroom
