They have hidden charges... when you go to register they don't tell you that they charge you 50 dollars for the maintenance of the gym, for that they charge the monthly fee

This gym is big and filled with light; it has great equipment and extras (lap pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room); it generally has good service at the front desk and the class instructors are really wonderful. Other patrons are nice or just mind their business. I took a star off because they don’t have a cleaning person there all day... and, unfortunately, there are some slobs who ruin it for everyone else. Also, the women’s locker room downstairs (for the pool) is too small. Other than that, it’s a terrific place to workout.Edited review 7/25/21: so sad what has happened to this place as a result of covid. Pool area is disgusting: hair and mold in showers; dirty floors and toilets; pool water doesn’t feel clean/changed regularly. Even the lockers are dirty. It doesn’t seem they have any cleaning personnel. New lifeguards are nice but enforce no rules (I fault management for this, not the guards). Kids learn to swim half the day and their parents are everywhere; it’s impossible to swim laps in the other part of the pool as it gets crowded and super loud. Too many parents are simply disgusting — they leave baby diapers on floor of bathroom and generally treat the place with no respect. Management needs to step up as the place is being trashed.Follow up: they got rid of kiddie training — yay!! And new managers, guards, and cleaning personnel have brought the place back up to where it was before covid.

I truly wish they could do something for the people who come at 5 am. There are times no one shows up to open the doors. Saturday the 11th of March no one showed up until 6am to open the doors. We have grown tired of the staff telling us no one has a key to open the doors. Got to be a better solution to this problem. Seems like there is no cohesion on how to open up in the morning. other than this constitent problem the gym is great. So sad there doesn't seem to be a will to resolve this. Loyal memebers should be treated better than this.

I was looking to join a gym as part of my life extension program and a friend recommended 24 Hour Fitness. My health insurance included Silver Sneakers so I was able to join at no cost. The staff are all very professional, and people friendly. The facility is very extensive and features every fitness machine imaginable to tone, strengthen and stretch. On my first day I attended a one-hour Silver Sneakers and it was brutal. I think was the only male in the room and I barely kept pace with the class. I went into the session with a sore lower back but after a hot Epsom salt bath that afternoon I was ready to take on the water aerobics class the next day, it too was challenging.I love the facility and the fact Dave and Busters is just a few feet away so you can take in some hot wings or ribs to help recover from your workout. In addition to the plethora of fitness equipment, the gym features two lap pools, a jacuzzi, showers, sauna and steam room to sweat out toxins. All and all, I love the facility and look forward to achieving my fitness goals. If you are a Silver Sneakers member, I highly recommend this gym. It is well maintained and the staff is eager to help. Shout out to Eve at the reception desk.

Very pleasant, I just didn't like how the girl at the reception received me because I came to see the gym with a friend and the attendant was neither pleasant nor receptive, but the gym is top, everything is fine.

All I’m say is that I spilled my pre work out by a mistake and it’s mold now. It sat there for MONTHS. They do not clean nor organize. Bathrooms are disgusting, the day care never opened back up. Not worth it. But then again they have memberships for 200 a year now.

Gym is okay, employees totally disappointed! Specially Evelyn, she always mistreat people and never help with your doubts! Also she speaks Spanish very well but she fakes she doesn’t in order to avoiding being helpful. Also she was talking with other girls instead of working.+ she wanted to make my friend pay for the day when she brought the free pass trial.

This gym isn’t bad only thing is it does get crowded and I’m unable to film content due to not being in anyone space. But other than that if you come at a good time like early then you should be fine.

I started my membership with 24fitness about 5 months ago. I can truly say it was a better place for me than blink. When I first started the bathrooms were super clean, the gym was super clean and everything was so organized. And the machines, Whoah! There’s was so much to choose from. Now since mid august till current the bathrooms are super dirty. There’s never toilet paper in the girls bathroom. Dumb bells be everywhere around the gym. Equipment be all over the place for two months straight I have to be walking around the gym looking for the right dumbbells I want to use. I have to be constantly asking the members to fill up the spray containers, and the napkins containers and also asking for the bathroom to be clean and have toilet paper. This was one thing I never had to deal with in blink. Only problem was that the blink by my location was always full and the machines weren’t enough.. but they were clean and organized and I will be canceling my membership with 24 and going back to blink because I just can deal with the equipments all over the place. I tripped almost 3 times and all the messiness makes it so difficult to pick a spot just to workout.
