I would like to leave a brief positive review on a fellow 24 fitness employee, Krissylee. She was very helpful when I had an issue with my account and a few times with my locker. Lee always has a bright smile with wonderful energy and tells me “have a great work out” after I check in which is a great confidence booster. The world would be a much better place with more people like Krissylee.

Good gym, full super club with 2 pools for laps, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room... lots of machines and all types of weights, classes, spinning room..good price.

It's a clean gym and the equipment & machines are great. What I don't like is that the machines are not section off. It's like one big room of machines.

EVERY SINGLE WATER FOUNTAIN IS “Currently Closed” presumably because of COVID. It’s been nearly 2 years? We aren’t wearing masks in the gym, we aren’t social distancing, but we can’t use your water fountain? Is that even legal? Or do you just want people to buy your water bottles that are 5 times normal price. Poor excuse for a gym and the employees couldn’t care less. If i could leave 0/5 stars i would.

I am writing because I can not believe that an organization would take advantage of an elderly person. During COVID-19 the location that this person signed up for was closed and this location took over the account. No notice was given. The address on file is invalid and the person does not know how to use an email account. They continued to bill and continue to do so dispute previous efforts made a few months ago to close this account. There is no activity is on this account as she is at high risk for COVID being in the most vulnerable population. She can not travel to this new location. When asked for reimbursement, response from staff was if she doesn’t have email proof of the cancellation there is nothing she can do. This person does not speak English or has the skill set to use an email. After being told the account would be canceled there is still no email verification of this after assistance was provided to create an email account and manage it.
