Super clean gym. Probably the cleanest location in the west side.

Pros: clean facility, nice staff at checkin, decent variety of machines for cardio and strength trainingCons: there is only one of most weight lifting machines so most days I have to wait a bit or just give up on using certain machines (even at off peak times), there are fewer classes post pandemic (and most don’t fit my schedule since most are offered only in the mornings and evenings), and the early weekend closing hours are a joke (closes at 8pm on Friday and 7pm Saturday/Sunday). All of that combined makes me question why I’m paying $300 a month

4 floors of fitness! Every type of equipment or class you can want. From yoga to boxing. Locker room has everything you could want, towels, face and body wash, shampoo and conditioner, face moisturizer, body lotion, deodorant, Q-tips, hairbands, razors, and shaving cream. (Kiehls’ products) this location is closest to me, but I use a lot of EQX locations and I am a very happy member.

Great tanning beds, clean and modern, complimentary spring water from water cooler, conveniently located (just two blocks from a major subway station), nice staff.

Great gym, just wish they had better childcare hours. Right now, they don’t have kids club hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays and it’s not open til 9 am. If you go regularly, the classes are worth the price if you add up boutique-type classes.

It is very hard to book classes and if you miss a class they freeze your booking options. So it's my first month and on 4 weeks my booking access was active only 7 days.

Today, a group gathered outside with signs protesting the lack of services and amenities here, with signs reading "fix your steam rooms" to "$300 a month, for what?"While very amusing, it also was an important sign.Soul Cycle next door recently closed down, too. Seeing as how Soul Cycle's owned by Equinox, also not a good sign.I hope Equinox corporate can support and let this gym improve and raise the bar for the neighborhood. That is, IF their corporate office ever picks up on it...

I have heard that this is the first equinox location, that would make sense. It’s really a great standard high end/luxury gym, but not all the bells and whistles Hudson yards has (cold plunge, indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, views, workspaces, etc).Besides having all the equipment I needed for my workouts, the cleanliness, and location, what really got me into 92nd was the staff. Allison Niemi is excellent at her job and has been crushing it as far as communication and explaining all the options Equinox has. I travel a lot so it was important to get the right packages and locker setups, etc. I’ve enjoyed equinox in many cities and have had no problem. Mohammad, Elias, Bujar, and many others have also gone out of their way to make it incredibly friendly and just a fun place to walk into. Thanks to you all and cheers.

Incredible staff at this Equinox. Super helpful and kind. Lots of space and equipment and did not have to wait to use any weights.

I moved from NYC to Burke VA and told Equinox staff and submitted proof of move so I can cancel my gym membership. However knowingly and with unethical intentions to charge me they kept soliciting me and stopped responding. After I wrote a bad review they charged me and displayed illegal retaliatio before finally canceling my membership.
