Staff here is solid. The facility is always clean. The weights are always organized nicely whenever I'm there (both evenings and mornings) they stay on top of it. The classes here are great too. The only complaint I have is that it is one of the few facilities you have to bring a lock to. Apparently they are planning to replace the lockers with ones that don't need locks but as of the date of this review that has not begun.

Not the most friendly staff for sure (mainly if compared with Equinox Berkeley where I spent three months). Very impersonal environment but enough for those who wants a place to train. I tried to share a bad behaviour from a teacher but the feedback functionality on the app doesn’t work (how surprise ). It is expensive but at least has good amenities and classes options. Baths are generally clean.

One of the better locations in the city for Equinox. There's multiple levels to this gym and a lot to offer. I've never had issues where it was too busy after or before work so I'm a big fan of this location!

This gym changed my life! The staff is amazingly friendly and I feel like it's my second home, and after moving across the country last year it's nice to go somewhere people recognize you and are always greeting you with a smile! If you're looking for a trainer, Santiago has been there for years and is absolutely incredible. I've seen a huge change in not only my physical appearance and my strength level, but also the outlook I have on working out. He knows how to encourage, while pushing you to do the best you possibly can.I can't say enough about this gym, absolutely recommend it to everyone in the area!

This review is for the sports massage at the spa. I've run a marathon the past three years so I have tried out various places around the city in search of a good mid-training or pre-race massage. Equinox is the only place I have found consistent quality with therapists who actually listen to what you request. More expensive than I can afford on a regular basis, but worth the price before a big race!

Well, don't hate it...but...4 stars. Really, guys? Everybody here made of money? I've been a member here for 19 years and still nobody working there knows my name. Most important, they just raised my membership to $150 a month! For that money, it better be clean. All I need are free weights and an elliptical machine. I'd rather not pay for the 8 people at the front desk who do nothing all day or orchids in that vase in the locker room. A new manager every year...And you get to watch Alec Baldwin workout. Exciting. See ya Equinox.

This gym has a ton of amenities! Great atmosphere for those who are serious about training and keeping fit and healthy. Staff is very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. I highly recommend! Worth the fee!

This is my home gym, though I have access to all of them in NYC. 92nd street is small but nice. Clean towels and friendly staff. Can be packed during peak hours but the wait isn't usually too bad. And I've seen a few A-list celebs which us alway fun!

A little pricey, but join if you want top-notch equipment, clean facilities, and knowledgable staff. After going here, I'm motivated to work out more often!

I love this Equinox. It tends to get a little crowded compared to the other Equinoxes because it's on the Upper West Side and they don't have that many locations higher up. That being said, all the machines work and they offer probably the most classes of all the locations. The steam room is really wonderful and works well though it can get a bit cramped in the afternoons. Lots of lockers.
