My favourite gym next door. I enjoy Vinyasa yoga classes and working out on Octane elliptical next to the window on the fourth floor. The newest of Octane’s series. It’s my favourite elliptical because of arm blast function.

This is either the best or top two in the city. The staff is amazing and super helpful. Drew was amazing at the tour and setting up our accounts. We’ve explored multiple locations and this one is the cleanest by far.

The single normal straight bar to do pullups is in a rack. One platform to deadlift. Functionally to me it's a normal underwhelming gym im used to paying $40/mo for (outside nyc), but with nice locker rooms.

3 floors of strength and conditioning equipment here. Plyo boxes for dynamic strength/flexibility training all over this place too. Space is used efficiently. Like all Equinox gyms, this place is super clean.

I scheduled an appointment to look at the gym and decide if I wanted to join. I was on time. The person from memberships NEVER arrived. She stood me up. The people at the front desk told me they didn't know if she was going to come and offer no alternatives. So I just left. I had to leave work to make it to this appointment. This was incredibly disrespectful and not worth my time nor my money.

They've done a nice job with the reopening. Not crowded at all and everything is spotless! Wet wipes are available everywhere and cleaning staff are on every floor constantly cleaning machines and surfaces. Everyone wears a mask. I haven't seen any issues. Only a few lockers are available in the locker room but I haven't had any trouble finding one due to the reduced occupancy. No group classes or spa/saunas/pools at this time. Bring a water bottle as drinking fountains are only for bottle refills.

This location does not allow single-access-location membership, instead they want you to pay $275 fee for all-access even to only use their single location.I was considering switching my home location to W 92nd as I moved. I’ve been an Equinox member in the city for years and have been able to do this in the past with their east side locations.W 92nd even wanted me to pay $35 fee just to come look/try out their facility. Very tacky, in my opinion. Again, I’ve been a member for years and other locations I’ve tried out when moving have always been more welcoming by offering multiple days for free to try their location out prior to switching over.I know covid hit everyone hard but this seems not very accommodating to the existing members of the Equinox brand.

This place effin' blows for the price I was paying each month for almost three years. The location itself is small compared to other Equinox locations, and the layout of the equipment itself makes no logical sense. Worst of all are the staff here -- they are entitled and self-righteous. I had various minor grievances throughout the duration of my membership, some of which included issues with steam room cleanliness and staff rudeness. The management did little to rectify these concerns. On one occasion there was gum on the underside of the communal water dispenser, gross! When I considered re-joining after a peak of Covid, I was met with pushy salespeople and unsolicited calls to my mobile. Again, grievances were met with defensive emails from management. Avoid this gym at all costs and avoid Equinox altogether.
