Worst experience ever. They kept charging me for two locations for months while blocking access to both. It took me so many hours waiting to see someone in person (as they say account changes should be done in person) to resolve my gym access issue but after few weeks same problem again and they didn’t let me workout due to again gym access issue.

Do not get a membership here unless you enjoy being treated like garbage. We quit our membership here and discovered months later that we were still being charged. That's ok, right? Businesses make mistakes, right? But sadly this went on for close to a year. NYSC proved utterly impotent in getting this resolved. Manager Marvin ducked, dodged, didn't return calls or emails, made false promises about it being resolved, and ultimately, once my husband actually went there and pinned him down, claimed a check had been issued and so it was out of his hands. Guess what? No check ever arrived.

Please update the hours on the web. I was not aware Saturday / Sunday closing was 4pm (vs 5pm). Staff did not seem pleased to wait a minute after 4p.

Cardio machines are ALWAYS broken. I have called this location twice to cancel my membership after they increased the cost by $20/month. The woman on the phone said she would cancel it and then didn’t so I continued to be charged. When I called them to inform them of the mistake they said there was nothing they could do about the charge but they claimed to cancel it…I guess we’ll see.
