a very disorganized gym the manager will never be able to help you because he is always busy and the staff cannot do anything without authorization without the manager the only thing that if they are dependent is to charge you every month. there are better gyms out there and better conditions

They are still charging my husband and me for our membership even though the gym has been closed since March of last year! I've tried calling corporate and emailing corporate to cancel our memberships since May and no one answers the phone or responds to messages. Maybe this will work? Someone please cancel my membership or reach out to me!

Tried to charge me at the beginning of the pandemic when they were closed. Just charged me again... While still being closed. Worst company I've ever dealt with.Edit: It's insane that the owner/PR responding to this this review says they would like to "learn how we could avoid these mistakes in the future." How about not taking money from me for a service not rendered. That statement has big self awareness of a rock, energy.

Do not sign up for personal training classes or they will hose you for additional payments that you were not prepared to commit to. They are rude and respond to correspondence at their convenience. Customer service is the lowest item on their totem pole. The gym itself is fine, the people running the show are second rate.

Spacious, friendly and lotsa equipment. Basement atmosphere can be claustrophobic. But good place for serious fitness.

Honestly, so much better than the “elite” location at Grand Central. This place is actually clean, doesn’t smell bad, and is actually bigger than the Grand Central “elite” place. Worth the extra 2 min to walk farther. The steam room is also a plus.

Signed up for a class multiple times and they over-booked. Arrived 10 minutes early before the class and it was still packed. Equipment is nice and staff is friendly.

Great staff and trainers, but absolutely filthy gym. Broken equipment and TV’s all over. Sanitary pipes leaking from ceiling. Unfortunate.

I headed to the gym around 8pm, started my routine in empty class room, as soon as I started my routine I had been asked by instructor to move my mat to another side of the class room. He demanded it. And continued to drop all props on the floor in order to prepare class for (!!!) Tomorrow class. Music was super loud, cleaning lady started to wash the mirror right in front of me.My training time is officially till 10pm, how come i had been disrespected in two ways? This is annoying.
