Really needs a makeover this is what most of the mats look like ripped and dirty

We love the staff and this gym. I do wish they would rack the weights as doing so would every day would encourage clients to do the same.

This location is overall clean. There’s always something broken though, why I didn’t give 5 stars (either one of the treadmills is not working, or shower drain is backed up, or the steam room not working, etc). But those typically don’t all coincide, so you still get to enjoy your work-out.

I have a membership here, and for my purposes, the gym is just fine. Not really the cleanest. But I can easily come here after work. My schedule affords me to be here on periods when the gym's not crowded.

I'm surprised by the positive reviews here: it makes me wonder what other gyms these reviewers been to. I've been to many, and I've ever seen one as badly kept as this. The facility is disrespected by both the members and the staff: equipment is scattered everywhere, no one puts their weights back after use, and the staff makes no attempt to encourage basic gym etiquette. The locker room floor is covered in towels despite their being plenty of bins, easily placed to receive them. The men's room stalls are often disgusting.I give this place three stars because they actually have decent amounts of useful equipment. It's just hard to locate and access because it's never where it should be.

Highly recommend NOT joining this gym if you plan on leaving NYC at any point. There's no option to cancel your membership online and I've reached out to the manager, Kenny Rivera, multiple times via phone, email, and snail mail in an effort to cancel with no response while they continue to charge me for my membership. Incredibly unprofessional.

Wrongly charged me $80 and no response to requests for refund! They do not honor the terms of the contract - billing me for the months that are withing the promotional period for "free summer"... These people are dishonest!This gym is not maintained well. A lot of equipment in poor condition or just broken. Treadmills don't have any TV channels.

Be careful in the ladies room, I was taking a shower and a guy that apparently is not member of the Gym was there, this is absolutely unacceptable, also is not the first time that something unusual happened here I saw a homeless lady sleeping in the sauna several times and also another homeless lady eating a sandwich. Terrible, terrible location I never feel so insecure like today. BE CAREFUL.

This is definitely one of the nicer NYSCs in the city. The layout is open and it recently underwent a renovation. I've never seen it so crowded I can't workout which is nice too. Locker rooms and equipment are clean and maintained.
