Really excellent studio for those seeking to improve their fitness at all levels. Great pricing and excellent instruction, with trainers that truly care about your fitness progress and you as an individual. Scheduling classes is very easy and the studio has a flexible cancellation policy if you ever need to back out of a booked class. I have learned so much about lifting (and fitness in general) during my time at TS that the price is worth that alone. I highly recommend anyone looking to improve their fitness - whether you are a seasoned gym vet or someone who has never lifted a weight before - to check out TS.

I love TS!!! All of the coaches are truly invested in your fitness journey and are extremely welcoming. Noam, Fil, Kevin and Adrian are the best. They hold you accountable to your workout and also make sure that you are always challenging yourself. Noam goes above and beyond to customize your workout and does frequent check-ins to make sure all is well. I always feel comfortable working out there as they create a safe space for learning and growing. I love the sense of community as I always look forward to who else may be in my class in the morning! Call me a TS superfan!!

TS Fitness is seriously the place to go if you are looking for amazing group personal training or 1 on 1 private training. This boutique gym welcomes all levels of fitness. As a beginner, I can say I feel so comfortable here and don't feel any type of judgement from the other clients or the coaches. The team at TS truly cares about helping their clients reach their fitness goals! Not to mentions, its super clean and so aesthetic!!! 10/10 would recommend!

A transformative experience! I recently joined TS fitness in January, and for the first time in over a decade I am actually following through on my New Year’s workout goals. In just under three months I have dropped more than 10 pounds, changed my nutrition and sleep habits, and am in the best shape of my life. This all thanks to the team of dedicated coaches at TS who make you feel like family as they are pushing you. The fitness programs are tailored to your individual needs, and the movements build on each other week after week so you can see clear progression. And don’t feel intimated if you have never tried personal training. Loved seeing how the members of TS are a diverse community of fitness levels, ages and body types. Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey here.

Gosh, where do I begin? TS fitness has been such an AMAZING influence on my physical and mental well-being. I did a three-month contract with them, and I honestly haven't had this healthy of a relationship with my body or exercise in a long, long time. At first, I was a little nervous because I had a knee injury, and I was self-conscious about not being very strong. I hadn't worked out in over a year, and didn't have any experience at all with lifting. But after my first few sessions, I knew immediately that I'd made the right choice. The trainers' are kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable-- they create such a warm and welcoming environment, and they never made me feel silly for not knowing how to do an exercise. I love that they took the time to create a program specific to me and my needs, and always offered adjustments where needed. The other trainees were also awesome and sociable -- there were absolutely no feelings of competition since everyone is doing something completely different from you. Everyone (trainers and trainees) just want you to try your best and feel strong, and you can absolutely feel that in the way people interact and encourage one another. Overall, I would 10000% recommend training with TS fitness, especially if you're a beginner! They take the time to teach you the fundamentals of how and why you do certain exercises in a space free of judgement and full of warmth and kindness. Thank you Elvin, Kevin, Adrian, Filip, and Noam for all that you've done for me!!! I'll always be a fan and supporter! :)

I joined TS mid January 2023. For context I am a 57 year old woman, whose weight started creeping up over the last 3 years , and during the time my “work outs” were ineffective , start and fizzle without noticeable results , I was low on motivation and energy . I needed to lose some weight , build some muscle and ratchet my energy level . TS is helping me achieve that goal . The place is very nicely set up, it is an open space , and each client has their own station , there is lap top that shows what exercises you will be doing that day and how many reps and sets . Depending on the day and time , you could be rotating with the same or different coach . You schedule the day on an app . Usually it’s not more than 5-6 people with a trainer, who goes over the exercises , makes sure you are doing it correctly , and motivates you to keep going . The exercises start off at a comfortable level and progressively more challenging , and geared towards your fitness level and modified optimally for getting the best out of your body without injury . The nice thing is you can actually see your progress on the lap top , the coaches make notes of your progress or any modification that maybe needed after each session , which is shared with the other coaches , so if you can come on another day with a different coach- they know exactly where you areThe atmosphere is friendly , at the same focused on achieving a high level of fitness. Been a little more than a month , I am definitely much more energetic , I feel fit and mentally much more focused and sharper and my body is definitely stronger , posture is better . TS also has other mini challenges and diet and nutritional advice to further help attain your fitness goals.If you are stuck with your work outs and looking for a program that is well planned and executed and personalized at the same time , in an atmosphere that is motivating , working out with other clients of different age groups and fitness levels , determined to reach peak fitness - this is the right place

I started at TS Fitness at part of my New Year's Resolution and absolutely love it! The trainers are great and push you to push yourself while also making sure your technique and form are correct and safe. Everyone has been incredibly nice and welcoming, which has made it more motivating to get back into a weekly training routine. The training times are convenient and can be fit in before/after work but also on the weekends so there are no excuses. I am looking forward to seeing more great progress over the next 6 months thanks to the team at TS!

After having been a member of the TS Fitness community for a few months, I can confidently say that joining has been an integral part in my endeavor to engage in a more healthful lifestyle. Noam, Filip, Kevin, and the entire team foster a supportive and social environment wherein I can comfortably be myself and connect with other members all the while making progress towards my goals. As someone who has never felt particularly comfortable in a gym setting, I have greatly benefited from the encouragement and individualized attention that the coaches offer—and though they have been phenomenal at meeting me where I’m at in physical fitness and skill, they never fail in motivating me to improve with each session. In fact, I even have come to enjoy working out!
