TS is great for anyone who wants to get into strength training! Coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend for donor or who has always been interested in private training

I started with TS Fitness in March of 2022, and they’ve been so integral to my fitness journey. I’ve always been a bit of a couch potato, and despite having taken many different forms of classes in the past, I’ve had trouble being consistent with working out until I found TS. The equipment is state of the art, the trainers and team are amazing and so supportive and friendly, and there’s consistent check in’s to make sure you’re on track. Please check them out - there’s a trial period (how I found them in the first place) so you have nothing to lose except the pounds!

I absolutely love this gym. It’s one on one or group training with fantastic trainers. I began my training in 2020 right before COVID and I have become happier stronger and lost all my baby fat. I had a mini donut waist and now it’s gone. I train with Filip who is very knowledgeable, motivating and straight forward. If it were not for them I would not be as motivated. Thanks TS.

I started training with TS in 2020, first virtually, and now in person. From day 1, I've been blown away by the care and individualized attention that every trainer provides. Every time I walk into TS, I know I'm going to get a great workout that's tailored to my goals and my fitness level, and there are always opportunities to modify as necessary to cater to injuries. Form and technique are always prioritized, and as a result, I feel confident that my workouts at TS are both effective and safe.On top of that, Noam and team have created a warm, nurturing, inclusive community. I always feel motivated to push a little harder without ever feeling intimidated or worrying that I'm overdoing it.I cannot recommend TS highly enough. It's a motivating, fun environment for people of all fitness levels.

Noam and his team have been wonderful to work with. They are very patient and help you work on your form and continue to motivate you through your journey. I feel very safe COVID-19 wise attending sessions at TS Fitness and just signed up for 6 more months!

The TS Team is wonderful. They are super accommodating to each person’s personal needs. I am currently dealing with a knee injury and Noam and the team have been amazing in developing a program that is unique for me. Back story: I’ve always felt unsure of myself in the gym, and I’ve always been on the thinner side but without a lot of muscle. I also had a bad left knee from running in college that would flare up and make me stop whatever exercise I was doing at the time, causing me to cycle endlessly and never really make progress on my fitness. I was tired of spinning my wheels and feeling weak, and decided I needed to try something different to get a different result. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give TS a shot.I’m writing this half a year later to say that my life has been absolutely changed! TS helped me lay the foundation of what is now a cornerstone of my daily routine - taking care of my body and making myself stronger. Noam is such a great leader, and every member of the staff - Elvin, Alejandro, Fil - is so great at teaching and encouraging you wherever you are in your fitness journey. And I think what is so powerful about TS is that it’s more than just about going to a “fitness class” - they emphasize a mindset shift, a change in lifestyle, and that’s what helped me gain so much of my progress. Having the energy of other people in the group personal training classes is great, and the trainers are always looking out for you; you always feel like you are being supervised and watched. Whenever my knee would flare or I would feel pain during an exercise, the trainers were so knowledgeable in how I could make modifications that would make it so much better. I’m able to run now without the knee pain I used to have, and I credit it to the strength I gained.When I walk into the weight room now, I walk in with confidence and knowledge of what I can and need to do. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been in my life with no plans to stop anytime soon - I’ve become one of those people who try to move their body every day! (If you had told me this a year ago, I wouldn’t have believed you myself). If you want to be around a community of people who encourage you, to learn fundamentals that you can use for the rest of your fitness journey, to gain strength and confidence in yourself, I highly recommend TS Fitness.
