Sometimes when you are walking to your intro-tour at big chain gym, you find something even better - which was exactly the case with TS Fitness. I found TS by luck, but am so happy I did, and left the other gym on read. The way TS is set up perfectly fits what I need in a fitness routine - I come in for the time slot/class I've chosen, and someone tells me exactly what to do, how many reps, and watches my form to make sure I'm doing it right. There's no guessing or pre-work for the session on my end. Plus, every member of the staff treats you like a friend - great personalities on top of excellent fitness/exercise science knowledge. Would recommend!

One of the best personal training gyms in New York City, New York. The trainers are of the highest quality with great service. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and definitely not intimidating.I wish I found this personal training studio in nyc sooner! 5 stars!The nutritional coaching they provide has helped me reach my weight loss goals and get stronger. TS Fitness is top notch and professional.

Back story: I’ve always felt unsure of myself in the gym, and I’ve always been on the thinner side but without a lot of muscle. I also had a bad left knee from running in college that would flare up and make me stop whatever exercise I was doing at the time, causing me to cycle endlessly and never really make progress on my fitness. I was tired of spinning my wheels and feeling weak, and decided I needed to try something different to get a different result. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give TS a shot.I’m writing this half a year later to say that my life has been absolutely changed! TS helped me lay the foundation of what is now a cornerstone of my daily routine - taking care of my body and making myself stronger. Noam is such a great leader, and every member of the staff - Elvin, Alejandro, Fil - is so great at teaching and encouraging you wherever you are in your fitness journey. And I think what is so powerful about TS is that it’s more than just about going to a “fitness class” - they emphasize a mindset shift, a change in lifestyle, and that’s what helped me gain so much of my progress. Having the energy of other people in the group personal training classes is great, and the trainers are always looking out for you; you always feel like you are being supervised and watched. Whenever my knee would flare or I would feel pain during an exercise, the trainers were so knowledgeable in how I could make modifications that would make it so much better. I’m able to run now without the knee pain I used to have, and I credit it to the strength I gained.When I walk into the weight room now, I walk in with confidence and knowledge of what I can and need to do. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been in my life with no plans to stop anytime soon - I’ve become one of those people who try to move their body every day! (If you had told me this a year ago, I wouldn’t have believed you myself). If you want to be around a community of people who encourage you, to learn fundamentals that you can use for the rest of your fitness journey, to gain strength and confidence in yourself, I highly recommend TS Fitness.

I did the 21 day trial that comes with 9 classes, and have to say it was a great experience. The group sessions are small and well organized, and are tailored to you individually. Great workouts every time, and the coaches and everyone involved are super accommodating, friendly, and want to help people improve their fitness and achieve goals. Highly recommend checking them out

I discovered this hidden gem of a gym after a friend raved about it and I’m so glad I found them! The small group workouts are incredible in that you get a lot of personalized attention and feedback on form. I’ve been able to lift heavier than in other group settings I’ve tried in the past, thanks to the small classes and excellent instruction. In just 12 sessions, I feel a lot stronger and fitter. And the instructors make it a really fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I LOVE TS Fitness. I am not someone who is motivated to workout easily because I have a congenital issue that causes me a lot of pain but TS keeps me coming back multiple times a week and I’ve never felt better. All of the instructors are absolutely fantastic and seem to genuinely care not just about your personal workout journey but your general well being as well. You truly feel like you can grow your strength and coordination personally without any of the pressure or competition from regular workout classes. It is such a special and personalized environment where your own growth and abilities are what matters most - which is so important especially when you need to modify to meet your own, specific bodies needs.I would highly recommend TS Fitness! I feel so lucky that I was able to find such a special workout haven in my neighborhood. Run, don’t walk, and sign up now!

I can't recommend this gym highly enough. I needed some help getting back in shape after an injury and the team at TS has been great to work with. The trainers (especially Elvin and Filip) are attentive, professional, and take the time to understand what you're looking to achieve. The classes themselves take all the stress out of planning workouts and are extremely well run. If you're looking for personalized workouts and expert coaching TS is the place.

I’m the type of person that usually wouldn’t work out consistently until I joined TSFitness. Not only do I feel great when working out with the highly experienced and knowledgeable team, but I reap the benefits outside the gym as well. Since joining TSFitness, I all around feel, look, and perform better than I did previously. The classes are small - 3-6 people at a time. Everyone gets their own tailored routine. Trainers are awesome.

TS is so much more than just a gym - it’s an inspiring community of trainers who will push you to be better. The workouts are great, equipment is amazing, and coaches are phenomenal. Hands down the best training studio in NYC! I look forward to visiting whenever I’m back in the city.
