10 dollar day pass seems a bit steep but the quality of the gym is undeniable. They had a friendly guy at the counter who gave me a quick orientation an easy sign up. They have plenty of free weights and machines. Hammer Strength, Nautilus etc. If I lived there, I’d join.

PROS:Fantastic place for beginners and those with experience. Staff is super nice and gym-goers are very courteous.Membership is relatively cheap, comes with free classes, and they don't lock you into a long contract (this was a huge bonus for me).Lots of equipment options and very clean.The shake and snack counter provide great pre or post-workout options as well as a punch card for shakes.CONS:Some of the gym-goers can be aggressive and that can be a turn off for some people.It can get quite busy, especially from 4 pm to 6 pm.
