Gym runs a little small but besides that the equipment, staff, and protein bar are all top notch. I had the strawberry fields and it was 10/10 flavor and healthiness

This is my home away from home. Best gym in the whole area. Terrific staff, and definitely you will make it your home gym if you stop in. Scott the owner is truly a wonderful person, and great host to all visitors and locals!

Great atmosphere, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. There are a wide variety of exercisers and people are polite and friendly.They have added a bunch of classes to serve all levels of fitness and interests.They have updated their machines as well. You won't find a better kept gym.

Amazing! Scott and his staff are always so warm and genuine when we walk in. My sister loves taking all the classes and raves about them every day. I love the treadmill and weight section. It's nice to be treated as family ☺️

Visiting from Arizona., and needed a place to train. SO GLAD I found this gym online. Super friendly, super clean, everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming, and every possible piece of equipment I could dream of was at my disposal. A delicious smoothie from their bar topped off my workout. Loved it so much, I purchased some swag so that I can represent Iron-Bound Gym back in Arizona! Thank you, Iron-Bound Gym!

Leaving this gym after going here for a year and I am sad to leave (leaving because of life stuff). Every time I went here, the facilities and machines were all clean, I rarely couldn't find a machine I needed, and I never had to wait for plates (rarely had to wait for a rack). IronBound is an awesome gym and I am sad to be leaving, it was truly a great place to workout.

Since joining this gym I could not have been happier with it. Great amount of machines / activities. The staff is always so personable and welcoming. Scott, the owner, is so friendly and kind and is always improving to make his patrons happier. Could not recommend more highly!!

This place was great and the staff were amazing. My only regret is finding out about it a year after living in Williamsburg. I’d highly recommend this gym to anybody looking for a great community. The owner is also upgrading weight training equipment at the moment and recently installed new cardio equipment.
