Life Time

While this is a large gym, it failed to meet my expectations. Their staff is so stuck up and arrogant. I am paying over $200, whilst y’all raised rates and cut hours. Might as well cut the membership prices. The audacity for your locker room staff to yell at me as I am zipping up my coat to head out the door by 11:02 PM is intolerable and so unprofessional!! This gym is not welcoming at all compared to other local clubs. Sanitation wipes are always empty, and it is always humid in the gym. For the price I am paying for, do better, LifeTime.

Cardio Equipment is frequently breaking (screens don’t work) and they haven’t had consistent hot water since we joined and we haven’t been credited. Also have never seen the “bar” open ever. Over priced for whet we’re getting.

Corporate greed, Raised rates and chopped off about 10 hours of time being open per week.

Nice and clean and lots of room. Corporate but well managed. Worth the extra $$ compared to lesser clubs.

Sometimes, the woman's locker room gets really dirty, hair everywhere in shower rooms and everywhere else, and towels are all over the place ... they seem soo understaffed although we pay a lot for membership they don't hire people for a better service..

I have really liked this gym. However they have shorten their hours and increasing rates. Lot of people have complained but they no actions has been taken to make a change. All lifetime fitness locations in the area close at 12pm. But for some reason this location has just changed to 11pm. Frustrated

By far the cleanest and most quiet lifetime location in Massachusetts! The space is so nice and not overcrowded.

Great gym with super friendly and accommodating staff. They have tons of options for classes and stuff and lots of different rooms for things like hot yoga and spin classes. They also have free wifi and a cafe so they really are striving to provide the whole experience. Their equipment is nice and well-kept and people are generally very courteous. Parking is free. I really miss the atrium mall but this place doesn't suck
