Lost my husband but gained myself this gym and dancing zumba classes has been godsent

I have zero complaints about this gym the staff is up to par. Especially Allura making it feel at home with a warm welcome and great customer service.

I really like EOS fitness staff is welcoming and friendly at all the time , equipment is nice and good condition I like how they keep maintenance on the equipment all the time , my favorite part its the child care the 3 girls from the staff in the morning shift are amazing my kids love them I can tell they are patience and friendly with the kids also have a great communication with parents I highly recommend EOS .

This place used to be decent, but it’s turned into a dumpster fire. On the verge of canceling my membership after being with EOS/Golds Gym for 12 yrs. Bathrooms are dirty and smelly, gym equipment laid out EVERYWHERE on the floor(which is a tripping hazard), too many people playing around on their phones taking up space, trainers do absolutely nothing but sit on their butts all day and can’t even tell me how much a membership is or how to cancel. It’s unbecoming and embarrassing to be apart of an establishment, wear the logo and not know basic information. On top of the fact it’s impossible to get a workout in without people hogging stuff while sitting around doing absolutely nothing; on top of parking is insane for no reason. Not sure who management is now, but it’s clear this person doesn’t care about anything going on but how many “swipes” of badges they get. Personal message to the manager, get it together. Do better! You have a lot of control of the environment around you. Attention to detail.

My husband and I started this gym 13 weeks ago. My husband was a Black member, so I was able to go with him for free. After going 5 days a week for 5 weeks. Apparently I needed to check in… we workout from 11 pm to 1 am and had never been bothered when checking in by any other employee… An EOS employee named Lisa happened to be working this Wednesday night and we walked in as we have been doing for the last 5 weeks.. she was so rude to us raising her voice, we had no idea what we had done wrong… apparently I needed to check in also… I’m am fine with following rules, but we never knew this was their procedures. She was so rude and told us that if we didn’t like it to go somewhere else…. Well Lisa thank you.. we did and now I love the new gym we go to… employees are very friendly. Machines aren’t broke. It’s not a teen hang out joint.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. every single EOS gym that I have been to has given me a different story on what they offer and how much it costs and every time I try to do something There is another fee so be careful. This is a lot more expensive than they actually say. They tell you you can cancel and 30 days and then when you decide to cancel. They say there's a fee. You want to downgrade, there is a fee. and there's also a yearly membership fee.

2 stars becuase the GYM is Great. I've never had problems with anyone or any equipment.The reason I knocked 3 Stars off is because they never mentioned a Anual Fee during the first charge and my Billing was over $100.The fact I wasn't told but was kept being pressured to pay for a Trainer on top of that is why I Cancelled and will no longer be going to 'A' gym. Your better off going to a apartment complex and using their Gym Set completely free.

Girl at the front desk was cursing on her phone at 3AM when I walked in. I was trying to sign up and it was a complete disaster. She didn’t know what she was doing.I’ll never join here if that’s what I have to witness at 3:30AM. Take ya drama home!

Can I give a zero don’t go to Eos they are a rip-off and they keep taking your money even tho you cancel with them a year ago and this one in North Las Vegas is the worst the people who work there are not helpful and they are very rude. I will never recommend this company and I will be telling everyone I know to cancel with them and I will tell everyone I know that this company is horrible! Good luck.
