I love the size of this gym. You have to get here at a certain time to be able to use certain equipment. It gets super busy at times. When machines break down they stay broken.

I like the variety of equipment at eos locations. I usually go early in the morning or late at night to avoid any crowds. Each location has slightly different equipment but for me an older person I can make due with what is available. As always for anyone who joins any gym is getting to the location you join. With eos here in vegas I have a variety of locations to choose from and the personnel in each location has been really nice which is always a plus.

Not a happy camper. They closed the pool just as I had joined. You pay extra to have a trainer assistant. Constantly trying to upgrade your membership.

Nice gym, can appreciate the belt squat. Room for improvement cleaning up and putting weights away. People just leave heavy weights laying around on the floor next to racks that are full creating trip hazards. Too much on the phone while occupying equipment. Too many machines broken for extended periods of time. The gym is becoming LVAC. I had high hopes for this location when it opened. I only come in when I need to use the belt squat now because other gym's don't have one.

if you have any kind of billing issue and you need to get a hold of a manager good luck. This place has the absolute worst customer service every time I call I’m put on hold only to have the customer service rep. Pick up the call. 20 minutes later and say “thanks for calling EOS”. Every time every time I asked to speak to a manager I’m told the best time would be for me to come in between the hours of 9 to 5, which I literally any normal person’s working hours. . Please if someone could reach out to me in regards to my billing. I’ve had the representatives on the phone put in Messages for managers, and I still have not received a call back yet. This has been an ongoing issue I kid you not for Year's.

The parking lot to small always hard to fine parking and there tow truck out there towing cars and I did go back in to tell them that they should announce it to their customers and they said oh while at the front desk so we pay for this membership and they don’t care about their customers at all

I have been trying to end my membership and personal training billing with this company for 10 months, and I am still being billed. The gym manager claims to be trying to help, but he will not even stop my monthly billing. Do not give this company your billing info!!!

Great gym but parking lot is small no real space to park during busy hours and the tow guys they have are straight up a holes but what ever can get them more money and screw over their members just really sucks and puts a bad taste in your mouth might want to look for another gym or location that has adequate parking.

I had a great first experience at this gym. Diamond was very friendly and helpful with showing me around. I decided to try the cinema which I think is a very fun and unique aspect of EOS. My only complaint is that I think it should be slightly louder and darker in the cinema. I could barely hear the movie and there was too much glare on the screen from the light. Otherwise a great gym!

I’ve been going here for 3 months now. Equipment doesn’t get repaired and gym is always packed. I tried getting on a treadmill at least four different times today and they all stopped working a minute into my session. You can see paper towels other such litter on the floor and weight plates and other gym paraphernalia are scattered throughout the gym. I’ve seen occasions where paper towels pile up on trash bins and I had to bring a staff member’s attention to the matter. I would honestly not recommend going to this gym unless you are absolutely out of alternatives.
