This review is difficult to rate. The company deceptive pricing policies are 1 one but the sales Rep Lex I met with is a 5. I'll average it a three.I did not join today because of the deceptive pricing policies. They advertise $10 a month for the basic package. You walk in to join and they hit you with a $50 annual feel within to weeks of joining. The price is basically $15 a moth for the basic price. I'd be fine with paying $15 a month with no annual fee and it would work out a little better for EOS. My guess is the annual fee is a deterrent for people not to cancel frequently. Chances are you would only cancel right around the time your annual fee is due.The fitness center was nice and Lex is great with no pressure or nonsense. I hope EOS Fitness changes their pricing policies and make the monthly fee inclusive.I personally have a hard time willing doing business with companies use deceptive pricing tactics. I call it deceptive since it is not in any of their sign or billboards.People need to stand up to this type of deceptiveness and demand better. EOS will continue with this policy until enough people walk away from their deal.

One of the better EOS's in town. Very large facility. Never had a problem getting to a machine to work out my designated area. Not packed with people that stand around and socialize like other local gyms. Even has an outdoor part with kettlebells. Pretty dope if you ask me 💯 …

Best EOS in town (that I've been to). Very large. It's full of plenty of equipment and amenities, including hot tub, pool, his/hers saunas, recovery room, 20-min flight, cinema, and more. All very new and has been very clean every time. Only downside is location, bit of an extra jaunt (+5 mins from nearest EOS) for me personally, but usually worth it for the quality.

Short Mexican girl staff at Night time is always asking to ID us when we come in even when we don’t see any other people being ID! Happening more than 3 times & we don’t always come with ID’s to the gym! This girl raised her voice and freaked out every time we walked in. She’s rude & she watches us when we come in all the time & makes people uncomfortable! We got several family passes and we were told we can always bring in a guest and when we do go to the Craig location we always get Asked for ID’s! I’m not happy with this and her rudeness and attitude makes us regret getting memberships here. I might cancel and go somewhere else this month! Great location closer to our house but the workers at Night time always have a problem with us coming to the gym. Who remembers to take ID’s when we have our cards to scan? Need to hire ppl that can serve people! And raising her voice to customers is un exceptable!🤦🏽♀️ not going back here again! I didn’t pay a membership to get harassed by the staff!🤦🏽♀️🙄

I just don’t understand why people have such a hard time being kind. Your in customer service. We all are. And if you can’t hear that someone is dissatisfied with the fact that you’re equipment has been broken and not able to use, for weeks on end, and that it’s a recurring problem, that happens at least half of the year , not just at this location but others, and still be a kind person, then go be a hermit and do not subject me to these rude staff members. We, the customers who fund the business you work for, have a right to expect that the sauna and other services will in general, be in working condition (that is what we are paying for) . Having the sauna parts broken half of the year, is not acceptable. It’s our memberships that fund those parts. Please don’t hire people, who don’t have the common sense or common courtesy to understand these basic business principles. Or it won’t be a business I will do business with. Please Do better.

Honestly it’s kinda laughable, at least a quarter of the machines don’t work. For a day pass just to try this gym out it’s over $20, for a week pass that’s $35. I’m not sure why anybody would pay that just to try out a gym? That alone was enough for me NOT to get a membership with them. That and the staff I talked to weren’t very welcoming and just told me they can’t do anything without a fitness counselor there. Who could set you up with a 7 day pass if you have never been to any EOS before. The lady at front emphasized that at me like I’d ever seen her. I’m not even from here . Jist is… Seek a membership elsewhere!

Best Gym I ever been too! I wish they would come to California! One of the best places in Las Vegas. Please see if EOS can come to the Bay Area! I'm sure business will do well! And customers will be more than Loyal and appreciative of this Gym!

Please fix your massage chairs in the recovery room. Only 1 out of 4 chairs works properly. You’d think they be nicer since this is a new gym but they’re already in terrible condition.

Had a free pass went in ..signed up the next day.. and then cancelled the very next day... and I was still charged a full month plus an annual fee... $77 total, how is this even justifiable? Every gym should at least have a period 3 to 7 day where you're not charged and can cancel without penalty. If I cancelled the next day why am I paying an annual fee!?

Do not go here! While I was signing up for the gym, they pretty much forced me into signing up for personal training. They wouldn’t take no or let me talk to my wife first for an answer. I had them sign me up only so I could get out of there. I was told I had 3 days to call and cancel. I called 2 days later to cancel and they said they would take care of it. Well 3 hours later I was contacted by the personal trainer saying he was looking forward to seeing me. Obviously they didn’t cancel my request so I called to inquire about it, this time I was told I signed a contract so “oh well” unless I bring in writing to cancel it. So I drove down there with a “to whom it may concern” letter and canceled not only my training but my membership as well. So frustrating to start a health and weight loss journey like this, they don’t care about you, they care about taking your money. Do not go here.
