I’ve been going here for 3 months now. Equipment doesn’t get repaired and gym is always packed. I tried getting on a treadmill at least four different times today and they all stopped working a minute into my session. You can see paper towels other such litter on the floor and weight plates and other gym paraphernalia are scattered throughout the gym. I’ve seen occasions where paper towels pile up on trash bins and I had to bring a staff member’s attention to the matter. I would honestly not recommend going to this gym unless you are absolutely out of alternatives.

Love the classes that are offered. Parking is horrible at this location. Have missed clases because of not being able to find parking. Very rude and unprofessional staff member hung up on me during our conversation!

Customer service sucks!!!! I had signed up for a membership and there was an annual fee with it would come out to $76 which okay just for the one month. But on my first payment it charged me $101.56 I asked them why I was being charged that much and they could not explain to me why I was being charged that much. Would not recommend unless you want to be charged way more

Awesome equipment but this gym is always busy, Sauna is pretty small size not enough to accommodate the people that want to get in.

Great BIG gym. Cheap at $10/month to use this gym only. I think $20/month to use ALL EOS.LOTS of group classes like Les Mills, AQUA, zumba, Senior Fitness and so much more. Daycare and POOL and open 24 hours! Does get busy at 7pm ike most gyms

Great gym but a nightmare to cancel membership , I walked in last month early January to cancel my membership the lady working the front desk said I had to give 30 day notice and she would call me to verify I want to cancel. I called today February 15, 2023 and there is no notice of cancelation and my membership still active. Another payment has to be processed. Verify your cancelation or they will take your money.

I’ve been going to eos for a long time and it’s just not the same. This location specifically the employees aren’t nice. And I don’t see how having over a hundred plus people after 5 o’clock is acceptable. You have to wait for machines constantly.Went last night and they had no air turned on, it was like a sauna in there. Plus all the people. It’s miserable to work out here.I know they want to make their money and what not but I feel like they need to do something about it. Or atleast open some doors.

The place is big, but I feel like they could use the space better. The sauna or steam room sometimes it works, other times is off. The lock style on the lockers can be tricky and some don’t work anymore. But, you can still go in and get a good work out…when it’s not too busy and you find available equipment.

Medium sized facility but filled with lots of equipment, oftentimes there are a few out of order but it still has all you'd need for a good workout. Clean for the most part and the outdoors section & theater are fun. My one con is that it is packed constantly and on peak hours around 4-9p might as well not bother to show up, you're unable to actually fulfill your workout. I like that more people are caring for their health but it's hard paying for a service that you really have to struggle to work around.
