I signed up for the personal training and was told i can pause the membership. I did for 2 months yet eos keeps drafting my account. $270 so far with not a single training session provided. I stopped by eos multiple times asking them to stop drafting my account and to refund my money. Always speaking to managers leaving saying its not going to draft.Gym also not as clean, many machines broken, toilets and pool often out of order . For $330 for 2 months i can join lifetime gym and work out in luxury.Also personal training session are only 30 minutes long $44. Apparently once you sign up they just keep drafting your account.****************Reply to owner. I have texted my personal trainer multiple times went by the location 3x spoke to Emily Joy and the Manager in charge of personal training. I e mailed you Courtney without reply a week ago and attempted to call the corporate office. I have also used your contact me form on the corporate website. So far you have $270 of my money without providing a single training session in return. That's at least 8 contacts. I need a refund. You are not entitled to $300 of my money without proving the service i signed up for. The only thing you contributed to lose weight is my billfold.

Water Fit class is no joke! Joy the instructor was a good coach!Now had 3 classes, Joy, Jason and Barbie all fun classes that kicked my butt in good way.

This gym reminds me of New York City. It’s so fast paced and busy and packed. I tried the barre class with Saira. It’s very intense. MyMuscles including the ones in my toes are all on fire. The kids club child care workers are all male here but still good as the predominantly female ones I’ve gone to. I like that they exercise with the kids. It was cool to see.

This establishment is not professional. I had two personal trainers quit working here within three months. The first trainer quit after my first session. It then took weeks to get established with another trainer. While the second trainer was decent, she frequently cancelled sessions and eventually quit abruptly. I was advised that someone would be contacting me to get assigned a new Trainer, however this hasn't happened. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with management at this location as they don't respond to calls/emails. In the meantime, I'm still being charged for a service I'm not receiving. Do NOT sign up for a personal trainer at this location.

It’s a good gym but the only problem I realized with all EōS fitnesses from Arizona to LA to vegas is they are unbelievably dirty if only if it was clean people would love it

Good gym, perfect when it's not busy, Other than that youll find yourself waiting to use everything..there's new construction/ Apartments and homes being built right behind the plaza this EOS is in, once it's done I can't imagine how much fuller it's going to be. Probably going to leave when that happens.

I heard about the 2 week trial and was most interested in the child play room because I have 2 toddlers. I was told the trial doesn’t include the childcare but I could just join for a month and cancel if I didn’t like it. So I joined and unfortunately my 2 year old would cry when I left her in the play room so it wasn’t going to work out. I called to cancel and they said I had to come in person because they couldn’t verify my ID over the phone. So I wrangled up my kids and went in to cancel, they didn’t even ask for my ID so it could have easily been done over the phone. And even though I cancelled right away, they informed me that I would be charged the yearly fee of $75. Very frustrating, I was hoping to try again in a few months to see if my daughter was ok with the childcare but not after being lied to.Update: I did email Courtney and she was kind and understanding and refunded me the yearly fee that I was charged. I now this location is new, I hope she trains the employees to be understanding and kind to their customers.

I love this gym, has all the equipment you need, most complete EŌS gym out there. Hesitant to write a good review because then it’ll get flooded with people but it truly is one of the best gyms in town.

I went to this gym 4/20/22. My workout was amazing. However, after my workout I developed an extremely bad anxiety attack. I can not remember his name. But he’s 19 years old super adorable Latin gentlemen. He works in the front desk. He was able to stay with me for over an hour and walked around the building with me to calm me down. He also kept talking to me in hopes for me to calm down. Another co worker made a phone call for 9-1-1 as my attacks were not subsiding. As a medical professional they handled the situation very well. They all remained calm and helped me to become calm in my situation. I just want to specially thank the young man that stayed with me even over his allotted time on his shift. I appreciate him so much. Thank you for being kind and Patient with me.

I visited during vacation and it was honestly amazing. Nice and clean place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The gym has all the equipment you need to get started or continue your workout journey. The website was also really user friendly. It took two seconds for me to get a 7day pass.
