I went in to cancel my membership because of numerous billing issues in the 2 months that I have been a member. I explained to 2 staff members that since 3/9/2021 I have received numerous emails, text messages and voice messages that they could not bill the checking account I had on file; then a couple of days later the payment would be deducted with a late fee (I'm scratching my head). The staff members told me that maybe I had insufficient funds in my account to cover the fees!!! How ignorant of them to insinuate such a falsehood, and not take into account that your Billiing system is F'ked up!!!! I insisted that my membership be cancelled, and they proceeded to tell me they could't cancel my membership or refund any undue late fee because my account is currently past due!!! Hmmm...I have had 2 billing's with late fees in 2 months and I am still past due. I have never had any problems with billing at Club Fitness!!! So Club Fitness here I come!!! I was told I have to make another trip to the club to cancel my membership when a manager is there. I will update this review when I speak with a manager tomorrow morning. This seems like an average scam to me!!! Beware of Planet Fitness' billing system as it's the biggest ripoff I have ever seen!!! I am so disappointed!!!

Clean, Covid minded,felt safe and comfortable. Kerrie the GM is the best. Customer friendly very knowledgeable and very much in control of things. I enjoy my daily work outs at this PF. Great job Kerrie.

Keri is absolutely amazing! She delivered good old fashion and top of the line customer service to me when I came in the the facility. Keri went above and beyond to address my concern regarding a Freeze request that was processed incorrrctky by a member of management at the Florissant location. Keri was understanding, sympathetic and did everything she could to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Keri not only made my feel heard but she also delivered the same customer service and respect to each customer that walked through the door and provided one on one support to members of the staff. Because of Keri, my faith has been restored in the system and I will remain a member of Planet Fitness.Thank you Keri!!Rebecca Briner

I was happy here . Not now. I will be canceling my membership. 1st you are a gym not a tanning salon. I work 12 to 16 hr shift. So I workout and tan. Now if I'm running an errand and pass through I could tan before less than 24 hours . Now I can tan if I tan at 7pm and drive to tan say at 11am through 6 pm. It's now I have to tan 24 hour time frame. No PF by my home. So I'm really disappointed PF has gone this route with tanning. No notification as well about changing this . Bad business

Planet fitness is convenient because they have so may locations but. I cancelled my membership because their communications was very poor. For months I was never notified that my account was past due . I was told if my account balance was below a certain amount I would be able to enter the gym.. So I payed them enough to continue using the gym. I entered several other locations without any problems, but when I went to this location they would not allow me to enter the gym. After explaining to them I recently just paid money to get the account balance lowered they told me "they couldn't let me in" with an attitude. I was with my brother so I tried to use his guest pass so we could workout and for whatever reason I couldn't use his guest pass. So the next day I cancelled my membership because of poor communication and bad customer service. Also after I cancelled my membership, hours later they charged my card that they have on file for another month of service. Unfortunately one bad apple ruined the whole bunch,. Every other location I have been to was perfect but the way I was treated here twas enough to make me want to spend my money some where else..I will continue to use my home gym and find another gym to workout at but. I'm done with Planet Fitness .

This place is great! They enforce the COVID restrictions without being all in your face about it. Used to have reservations about about working out at PF but it’s honestly not bad. It has all the basics and with some hard work on your end; will help you get into shape.

One of the most amazing things about planet fitness in addition to the variety of equipment is the membership benefits . Full access to the massage chair and water jet bed. You also are able to get another person in for free. For the cost you pay for you it's definitely a great gym.

I love MY Planet Fitness! The Mid-Rivers location is just AWESOME and they do an amazing job keeping it a clean thumb club. Keri and her staff are always friendly and polite and do their best to help me with my special needs....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YA'LL!!!

The cleanest gym I've ever been in. Period. Employee's are constantly cleaning when I'm there. You can tell its a priority and culture at this location. Equipment is in top notch shape. Great value for you $$$. Their App is also good. My only wish list would be cubbies in the main area to put small items like keys, phone, hoodie...

I thoroughly enjoy my workouts at PLANET FITNESS. The staff are helpful and friendly. I've had especially good experience with Becca and Kari and others as well. The fact that I can change my routine at any time to fit my specific needs is great. 24/7 access is awesome. Love those hydromassage chairs and beds. So great after a long workout.
