This is a awesome gym! I was really on the fence about joining another gym when a coworker suggested it because it has never been a good fit but let me just say visit THIS gym and it will 100% change your mind. I was impressed from the start as they talked me through the membership process, answered all my questions and took me on a walk through of the gym. Not only did they go above and beyond to help with everything that I asked or explained in detail about how everything worked they also make sure there are cleaning supplies/stations to clean the equipment when you are finished (they also clean throughout the day) and you can set up time to talk with a trainer about how to work on your goals or take classes plus tan or use the hydro massage bed, which is all included in the Black Card membership.The staff is always friendly when you walk in and the gym itself is bright and uplifting as well as very clean with a lot of newer equipment.So, in short - if you're looking for a good gym to kick that New Year's Resolution in gear definitely give Planet Fitness a chance and on the plus side they are open 24 hours!

I’ve been going to this gym 2 years and it’s one of the best Planet Fitness I’ve been too. The trainer Becca is the best and makes you feel comfortable, she also makes sure the tanning beds are always working and up and running. She is one of the best employees there, but the entire staff is nice and friendly.

This location was MASSIVE in size and have a Large variety of Machines. The Employees were friendly. And the Locker Rooms/Bathroom are are kept neat and sanitized. If you are looking for a comfortable/Spacious environment to work out and still be around people who are there for the same goals- this Gym location is FOR YOU.

The best PF I have ever visited and I have been to a few. The gym is clean and the equipments were well positioned.

I try to workout 2-3 days a week. They keep the equipment clean by the workers, and unlike some other gyms, most people clean the equipment. Really love the hydromassage bed, which comes with the upgraded membership black card. Noticed lots of workers behind the desk most of the time, training maybe...

The facilities are always clean and staff is constantly walking around cleaning and refilling the cleaning stations. People keep to themselves and the staff are always friendly. The use of the hydro massage beds and tanning beds are a plus, and they are kept clean as well.

I’ve been a member to many gyms and I am highly impressed with this one! The atmosphere is a judgement free zone, there is more than enough equipment, clean, and the employees are friendly. Highly recommend! Price is great too!

Never got my t-shirt. In addition to that you have to come in person to cancel the membership. Came in person and guess what, the computers are down. They refuse to cancel the membership because supposedly I have to sign a paperwork and the computers can't work properly. Bunch of teenagers in the front desk and they don't know which way is up. Never, ever again. This company is a joke. 30 minutes waiting and a round trip from home with no results!!!

Watch the billing from this place. I cancelled on 5/12/20, via certified letter and last day to use gym would have been 5/16/20. I'm still getting billed. If you join this gym, just watch their billing. I'm guessing they will come up with some excuse as to why I was billed and never receive a refund. When I had been a member of PF in another city, the gym overcharged me too, saying I had a contract, but on the supposed "contract" there was no beginning date for the "contract." I tried to give this company another shot and they still didn't get it right. Never again.

My account was frozen due to Covid, it unfroze several months later. I sent an email requesting to freeze it again. No response. Two days later I get an alert for a check in in another state. I am alarmed and frustrated at this point because no response to my email has been sent. I email again and get a response from a regional manager, who tells me the check in was to look up my account. I was confused because I did not get emailed back from my first inquiry and my account was not frozen still. I told the person that I was unhappy that I am paying for other people to be checked in in other states and that I wanted to get a refund for the month and refreeze my account or I would cancel. The manager only froze my account so I canceled. This company only cares about the $. Stay away
