My wife and I really enjoy the quality of equipment here, especially the free weights. We migrated from another gym about a year ago for a number of reasons and drive an extra few minutes because it's well worth it. It can be busy at times, so we try to time our visits when it's slower. We use the free weights, cardio equipment, weight machines, pool, spa, tanning and have no complaints except for when it gets super busy. The staff here has always been very personable, friendly, and eager to answer any questions we had.

One of the best gyms I've ever been to. Not only are the machines always clean, but the culture and environment is friendly and inviting. If you're looking for a gym and might feel uncomfortable, you should come to this gym. It was a great fit for me and I know it would be a great fit for you.

This gym is really nice without being pretentious. They always have good equipment, I never find it too busy, and things are always kept clean. I'm not a gym rat, so my routines are more limited and don't explore a lot of the other tings that they have. I like working out alone, but this place is so spacious it really doesn't feel crowded. Highly recommend!

The cardio equipment needs to be cleaned more often by staff. There have been multiple times where I’d get on a machine and there would be an abundance of dust, animal hair, sweat stains, etc. Other than that though, the facility itself is very nice. There’s usually no trash on the floors or in cup holders, and the place is well ventilated so it doesn’t stink. The staff is friendly, however, Paige always makes sure to greet customers with smiles and actually get to know them rather than just check them in and send them on their way. I was surprised when I asked what her name was, and she knew my name without hesitation when I’ve only greeted her a handful of times. She’s a very sweet girl and her customer service skills are something to applaud. She makes me feel very welcome at the facility. All in all, this is a pretty nice gym to go to. For people saying that they charge more than the standard rates; it really just falls on the members neglect to read what they sign for. Training costs extra, guests cost extra, the annual fee is an extra $50 two months after your sign up date, there’s a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel within 6 months, etc., however that is all clearly stated in the fine print. If more people would read what they sign for before signing, there would be a lot less negative reviews. Just saying ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Most everyone is respectful of the equipment and cleans it after use. I love the fact that with my fitness membership I can just come in for the hydromassage beds after a rough day at work and no one even bats an eye over it. The only problem I have ran into so far is how to record workouts on their app for machines that don't use distance as a measurement.

I'm not impressed with this location. The gym is small, which is fine, but the equipment feels a little too close to each other. The punching bag it's pretty low quality as well as the treadmills. The sauna is ok but the steam room is terrible. It smells really bad. The pool is pretty cold and Jacuzzi isn't that warm. I don't recommend this location. Specially if you're a newbie. This location will ruin it for you!

VASA is not your ordinary "big box gym". Unlike so many others, they truly care about their members. They talk about them all the time, and try to find out how to best help them with their goals, and keep their gyms a safe, happy place. The fitness teachers are all top-knotch, you can tell they love what they do and they are good at it! Beautiful clean facility with EXCELLENT kids care! I am picky with where I put my kids and we all look forward to our visits to VASA. Plus, they have extended care hours, from 8am-2pm most days and even night hours! So helpful for single or working parents!Check them out, you will not be disappointed!

In my one week of membership at VASA in Clinton I have been amazed and impressed! Amazed at the size of the facility, the plentiful parking, the AWESOME Spin classes (I'm a road biker and I think I'll be in my best spring riding condition EVER!), weight room selection to target muscle groups (I love how the muscle group machines are placed closely together), steam room, Jacuzzi, and sauna! I look forward to doing laps in the pool!I've been impressed by the sales team (Melanie is who we worked with), she was knowledgeable and helpful. I've had questions when in the building and the staff has been really helpful!VASA gets 5 stars from me! LOVE it!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with VASA. I walked in and was told in order to join I would have to pay a $50 activation fee for the $10/month plan. I let them know I would wait until they were running their no activation promotion. The manager came over and said just sign up for the $25/month plan and the next month you can switch to the $10/month plan with no issues. I tried switching my plan the following month, I was prompted I would have to pay $25 to terminate my $25 plan and switch to the $10/month plan. I went to the gym and spoke with the front desk girl and she simple said well sometimes our managers have no idea what they're talking about - you will have to pay $25 to switch plans. I called customer service and was told the same story - pretty much that either I was lying or the manager lied to me. After being on the phone 30 minutes they finally waived the fee but let me know I was wrong. I was switched to the $10/month plan however, I quickly decided I didn't want to deal with a company that hires managers that are so inept and deceitful.Moral of the story, the managers will say anything to get you to sign, then won't tell you about the fees you will encounter to use their "loop hole". I'm taking my business elsewhere, where they are upfront about the cost of the membership and I'm not bombarded with random fees for my $10 / month membership. I will gladly pay more for an upfront contract and no swindling to get me to join.Other Cons: The gym is packed with people - at times it can be difficult to find an open machine. The wipes are constantly out throughout the day. Front desk is mediocre when it comes to assisting individuals.

Great gym. They have everything you need for your workouts. Elliptical s, treadmills, stair climbers, bikes, a cinema room that makes working out easier. My sons love the free weights and the pool. They even have a hot tub and sauna to relax your muscles after your workout. They offer different classes including spin classes. They also have kids care so you can conveniently take your kids and work out without trying to find a babysitter on your own.I definitely recommend this gym to everyone. And the price at $9.99 is amazing. Every other gym I've joined it's been over $40.00 a month. Go online to their website and you can get a free pass to go use the gym and try it out before you join. It's worth it! Go try it out!
