Nice gym but the tanning rooms needs a little TLC a lot of dust on top of the Mirrow or even in the vents of the machine. Noticed she didn’t clean in between customers. I used my own wipes to wipe down. I think it is very important to keep it clean and sanitized between each person that uses the tanning bed.

Don't provide a notice or reminded about the yearly fee of $50 I didn't get a printed copy of the contract or terms didn't even get a digital one. I was charged $64.29 for the basic membership and when I called in hopes to figure it out they just repeated it was in the contract and nothing could be done. It's also a fee of $25 to cancel my membership :/ who on earth charges you to cancel a membership?! Anyways definitely not worth it. Invest in at home gym equipment or find a better gym. Yall deserve better.

If you want to workout any time that's not either 1pm or midnight, don't expect to be able to actually get a decent workout in. It's unbelievably crowded, a very small area, and a lack of popular equipment such as squat racks, and only one deadlifting platform. It's impossible to get the workout you want done in a half decent time frame. Not enough equipment, too many people, too small of a space.Vasa really needs to build more locations in the area in order to avoid overcrowding like this. It's ridiculous.

*update. This facility has always been great, however, I’ve noticed in the last few months, it seems like the place is falling apart. Broken drinking fountains, toilets, lots of equipment with signs on them indicating it needs repair, massage beds torn apart waiting for repair, the retail section where you can buy gym clothes and accessories is bare… staff is constantly forgetting to turn on the ceiling fans, wrong movie is written on the board as you enter the theater. Everytime I come back, it only gets worse. So I am changing my 5 star to a 3 star.Original review:I’ll keep it real. The facility is bomb. The best I’ve seen. The “my zone” fitness belts are a must! Equipment is great. The covid uproar has forced them to limit some of the facilities which has been very frustrating. The staff is normally great, but covid has caused some uncomfortable changes. As a political conservative, I have been slightly vocal about the mask policy and the programs that are gone (racquetball, basketball, sauna, etc).At first, the staff was empathetic to our gripes about the covid policies, but as time has gone on, they’ve become more cranky. Covid has caused a bad vibe among staff, and I hope they get back to the happy people I met before covid.

God if it could go lower than 1 star id be more than happy to choose that, I had made multiple attempts to cancel my membership and they wouldn't let me. Now, months later they sent a bill for me to collections wanting 400$ in "unpaid fees" this is the worst gym to go to for the price

I've been attending this Vasa for two weeks now and I can appreciate how many people actually wipe off their machines after they are done using them. Since I've been going I've seen maybe two people not wipe off their machines and covid or not, it's still necessary to do. All the staff has been super nice as well and coming from West Jordan being my usual Vasa location, I like this one much better and it's been a nice move.

Lots of equipment to use and a range of facilities from hydro massage and tanning to a sauna and steam room and movie theatre to do some cardio. Only downside is it's great variety brings in a lot of people so you gotta work a routine around availability but can't really ding the gym for being a popular place! All in all worth the price if you go often!

They play games when trying to cancel membership. Went into the gym to cancel membership they said I needed to do that over the phone and provided me a number. I called and provided 30 days notice to cancel after the required 12 months. Just received a collections notice in the mail and called them. They guy that took my call asked if I had "proof" that I was told to call as they require cancellation in writing. ARE YOU SERIOUS!It's been two months since I was told a member loyalty person would reach out and I have not heard from them, yet the collections person is still looking for $$ they will never receive. Call your dogs off!Have still not heard from a member loyalty person after 11 months and the collections people are starting to call again! No communication from VASA.

My husband went in to get a membership for himself and our son. Talks with the employee and they tell him he can bring up to 3 people with him on his membership. Sounded great so he paid upfront for the year. They both go 3 to 4 times a week when almost 3 months later he can't bring visitors unless...surprise...you pay more. So don't go into business with these people thinking they are different then any other money sucking gym. I'll be sure to tell everyone to look elsewhere when thinking of joining a gym.

I like all that vasa has to offer and I attend classes at a different location. But the Machines here need seriously updated. The treadmill’s are so old that I don’t even know how to operate it half the time. And People hog the weights area. But it doesn’t help that it’s so small Female staff at night is very rude. A half hour before closing they turn off almost all of the lights because there trying to rush you to get out. I like that the theatre is nice and hidden in the corner. Kid care is still closed and probably will never reopen. I love coming to vasa but I avoid this location if I can.
