I really like this gym. The people are friendly, it’s very clean and neat, and all the equipment is very good quality. They also charge a very good price and have great amenities.My only complaint about this specific Vasa location is that they don’t have many squat racks, and sometimes it’s difficult to get one.

The only real gripe I can find about this place is there’s no +5lbs plates for the cable machines and the machines go + in 15lbs increments so squeezing that precise last drop can be a bit challenging. Other than that I’ve been a member for a little over 10 days and the place is super clean and the staff seems super cool and professional. Plenty of crucial machines and equipment so I’ve never really found myself waiting for something often. Super solid gym. Highly recommend.

You guys advertise one price but of course tons of hidden fees when you come in. I had a membership for 6 months. Was told when i signed up i could bring a friend to workout with. After the 4th time they denied her coming in. I wasn't going to leave a bad review until i seen how awful you are to deal with when someone's vehicle is stolen by someone who entered your facility. You really should work on your customer service and help protect your customers that help keep you in business!

I loved the gym I signed up on a promotion of $10 a month didn’t get told about the annual fee and the over priced trainers ended up owing them $245 because they didn’t disclose everything. I wish they would help me get rid of that’s money owed so I could go back I always loved the pool the movie treadmills and the weights but when I went to talk to the front desk the lady didn’t have any concern about helping me fix the problem. This gym is great, but has its faults. There are a lot of people that go in the morning so its hard to feel comfortable when you are trying to find a spot on the ground to do stretches or weights. In the times I have been there I have not seen any staff going around cleaning the machines, which is pretty gross with the amount of people that filter through in the hour that I am there...the sanitizer towels can only do so much. I also take my kids to kidcare which they got sick from within the first 3 days we went. The staff said they only clean once in the morning and once at night...so what about inbetween when kids put toys in their mouths? With the virus spread going around I want to make sure that my kids are playing in a clean environment. If they get sick then I have to keep them home and it doesn't make sense to pay for a membership that I can't use. This gym has a lot of great workout equipment and is very close to our home so I hope that we don't keep getting sick so that we can continue going.

Great equipment. Clean. You need to address the couple that lets their 6 yr old girl play on equipment while they work out. Tremendous liability and safety issue for you.Update. Issue was resolved in quick fashion! Nicely done. Great team at front desk btw.

I know there are hidden fees in all gym membership so before signing up I made sure to get a detailed outline for what I was paying for. I did a free trial day that was awesome. Next day I came in to get my membership, come to find out it was not what I was told. I asked to speak to a manager just to clear things up. They asked me who I was working with and sent him back out to talk to me. He told me I miss understood him and told me he would never make that mistake. All I wanted was a clear out line of what I was paying and felt like he was just trying to get me to sign the dotted line no matter what he had to say even if it was clearly a lie.
