I’ve loved this gym for several years but recently down graded my studio membership because the classes are always full. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The facility is nice in a few ways but it’s no different than any other gym really. The biggest frustration for me were the hidden fees. My $26 per month membership was actually $106 ish because there were $80 of fees. When they say $0 down for the first month they just mean that they’ll wait to charge your card for a month and then bombard you. And if you cancel within 6 months it’s another fee on top of that. The gym is alright, but super frustrating process.

I was nervous to join a gym for my first time at age 62. My 84 year old dad kept calling me after he had left the gym reporting how good he felt. Hesitantly I walked into vasa and Nick made me feel so comfortable. He gave me a tour and I joined! I love it!!! Evelyn is at the front desk when I walk in usually , she is so friendly and happy I feel like family. I plan on being there past 84!😜

Workers went out of their way to help me. I was very pleased with the manager he went above and beyond to get everything squared away with my insurance. I really enjoy the theater that makes it nice so that she can take your mind off the exercising. I think it's a really nice facility with extremely great manager.

I come here on a daily it’s very spacious, the staff are nice, never really had an issue just go in and get out, only downside is they only have 3/4 squat racks

Overall I've liked this gym, but decided to edit my initial review. It's getting ridiculous lately. Only one tanning bed has all lights working, the massage bed are always down, the bikes in the studio cycle room need a lot of maintenance. I get that it's expensive to replace things, but isn't that part of what we're all paying for? This gym was great the first couple years it was open, but it's starting to fall off a lot. Some of the staff are super friendly and others couldn't care less. It's time to get this gym back to where it used to be.

20230104 updated. The response was asked for me to provide my barcode from my membership. I don't think it would be good to post my barcode to my account on the internet. I sent them a chat message in response.Vasa Clinton & business.Vasa Clinton has several machines down that have been down for quite a while. I pay for the fitness membership and the massage tables have been down to one or none for the last several months and I find it hard to believe that I pay for a fitness membership when they can't have the machines that are part of that membership up and working.. I was told by the business office that it says in the contract that it's okay to not have those things working. On a side note cleaning towels are not serviced properly, and the floor and saunas are not cleaned on a regular basis. I'm not sure what their cleaning contract is but it's not being done to keep the gym sanitary.Business:. I pay for the fitness membership and an annual fee to keep my membership at the same price. It stayed the same price but they raised the annual fee so it basically matches what the normal monthly fee is at today's rate. I normally pay almost $22 and the fee is gone up from 49 to $74 so basically I'm paying for the same rate as if I just joined today. I have to call to confirm but it looks like it's being offered if you joined today your annual fee to keep your monthly fee the same would be $49 which is what I used to pay. I don't think this is kosher.

Lots of better options availableLook around before you sign up with VASAI have been a member since they opened this location in Clinton, at first it sounded great…BUT…They got me with a $85 fee to “lock my low rate” ok whateverThen Covid-19 hit and they shut down, understandably… but they continued to keep charging me for services they are not providing, they always have ether the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room close for whatever reason, same for the massage and tanning room!! They are quick to bill me and not provide the services they are charging me for!!Get your stuff together Vasa!!This place is packed full almost every time I come, so where is all that money going if not for repairs or general maintenance…Good luck going to Ogden they haven’t had any tanning or massage chairs for well over 9 months now!!! Why are you allowed to charge for services your not providingCLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!!!DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!I have canceled my 3 memberships today!!!

Just found out they don’t warn customers of known theft problems. Even after the third locker break-in/theft happened within a single month, they only told the most recent victim that they knew there was a problem. What are they doing to ensure everyone’s belongings are as safe as possible? Do membership fees not pay enough for an employee to regularly walk through the locker rooms and ensure they’re not misused? It feels like they’re putting our stuff at risk, to avoid a PR fiasco.

Locker rooms are rarely cleaned and the swimsuit dryer is broke. Hydo massage chairs never work and the hot tub is down again. These issues have not been seriously addressed in at least 6 months. Canceling our family account for a gym with acceptable maintenance.
