I love that they have it all here. Pool, weights, classes, theater room, bike room for all my needs. I love that I can get in, work out and get out. I do love that it is next to a grocery store so I can grab stuff on the way home too.

I canceled my membership back in June paid all the cancellation fees they hide and they are still billing me, calling me and I to go to there paramount acceptance website and try to call them and I don’t have an account with them.. so I’m getting charged but they don’t have an account for me?This place is a ripoff and have so many hidden fees. It’s at lease a hundred bucks to cancel your membership

For the most BASIC membership I've paid $110 in 5 months, yes $110! To cancel before 6 months theres a $25 cancellation fee PLUS the next monthly membership fee. Which adds up to $35 just to cancel. What a scam 😒 …

I've been going to this gym more and more often after moving up here. The Locker Room is nicer than other Vasa's.The Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna have been clean every time.FYI: Yet their Steam Room has not been as clean for two months now. Most of the staff are friendly and courteous.I go to Xcel Fitness in Salt Lake City for my heavy lifting day - yet they have a lot of space and nice equipment for most lifting and cardio.

The equipment is well maintained and all of the facility is kept clean, including the restrooms. There are a few hours of the day that it is packed, but most of the time it is easy to get to all the machines and weights that you want.

All areas of the gym are just filthy. Floors have not been cleaned in weeks. Since COVID restrictions loosened it has been declining in cleanliness. With all of the COVID outbreaks this should definitely be stepped up to make everyone feel more comfortable and safe.

Never had a problem here. The employees are younger but very respectful. I get a little nervous if it's busy and I have to wait for a machine, I carry a mask. All in all I would recommend this gym. 💓WITH the exception of the treamills, TV'S AND the bulbs in the tanning bed are ALWAYS burned out. Very frustrating. …

Great value for the price. They have everything for solid workout. Occasional equipment breakdowns, but not unreasonably so. Usually pretty clean. Just wish they brought back Grit class.

My biggest complaint is their marketing and the constant drive to upsell. When you sign up, they force you to check the box that states you agree to receive texts and emails from them... the onslaught begins right there. Multiple emails and texts EVERY SINGLE DAY. Obviously you can take a few steps to unsubscribe but I believe you should not have to bother with that if you don't want to agree to it right out the gate. Then there is the constant push to try and get you to do their personal training.I just want to go to the gym and do my thing and just be left alone. I understand there are some that may want these added benefits but constantly harassing someone to try and get them on board is a huge turn off.Aside from that, the facility is great. No complaints there at all.

The staff was very helpful and friendly when signing up to join the gym. The are very friendly when I enter and am leaving the gym. The Pump teacher Tiffany is very upbeat and friendly during class. Really like her.
