I love VASA!❤️ I've been a member since 2018 and have never had any issues. You can usually find me at the Clinton, UT location. I love all the fun classes they have!! High Fitness with Margaret & Jenn, Butts & Guts/ Studio Red with Charlene, Body Pump with Andy & Sarah, Surge Fit with Kallee, and Barre with Carrie! Thank you all for making it so fun and worth getting up @ 5am every morning!!

Customer service is pretty good, from the walk in to workout to billing and account changes. BUT! You need to shutdown for a few days and DEEP clean. Those curtains in the locker room showers need to be replaced and those showers scoured, sanitized and repaired, same for spa area. You are taking in a lot of good money, I see how busy it is, spend some of that money on refurbishing. I have not been to this location for some time which seeing it then to now was a shock. Had I not already paid the annual fee recently I would have likely cancelled my membership. No excuse for a dirty VASA.

Nobody showers before entering the sauna/steam room, half the cardio equipment never works, super crowded, locker room is dirty, water fountain has been broken for weeks by the basketball court (theres only two fountains), list goes on.Protip: Just buy a basic membership if you want to use the pool, sauna/steam or tub. None of the employees check, ever. They're always huddled around the membership scanner for some reason.

Me and my 13 year old daughter signed up and later that week decided it was not for us. I wrote in and requested cancellation via the app.I then received correspondence and confirmation that our account was canceled.Fast forward two months, I checked my bank account only to see that they were still charging me for my daughter who is a child/minor, close to $200 worth of charges in the two months!!!After reaching out to customer service, it turns out they only canceled my account, and not my daughters account who is a minor and cannot even use their services without me having an account.They are now refusing to refund me for the last two months worth of charges!What a scam!

Terrible staff. I pay 17.15 on top of my 23.58 monthly pass for a guest pass. I have been going to this vasa for years and I took my mother tonight as a guest. Me and my mother were treated horribly by Evelyn. We scanned my pass and asked for the iPad to fill out the guest form. She impolitely asked for I.D. When we asked why she talked down on us like we were foolish for not knowing. She was rude and disrespectful. She claimed that there is now a policy where guests have to show I.D. I have taken multiple guests and have never been asked that. No where on the website does it state this nor did I get an email updating me on this policy. I do not recommend going to this gym. Paying to be treated like garbage.

This is the filthiest gym I have been to. The showers haven’t been cleaned in weeks! The facilities are amazing but it’s gross. It definitely needs a full top to bottom cleaning!

I just recently switched gyms. Vasa has amazing equipment and the layout is outstanding. They have everything you need to get healthy as well as to spoil yourself a little bit. They have a cinema cardio room, sauna and steam room, classes of all levels and types to jump in to, massage beds, tanning beds and personal trainers to get you on the right path. Really happy I made the switch

This is the worst vasa I’ve ever been to. It’s dirty and half the machines have been “working to fix” for 8-12 months. It’s a super busy gym that is not taken care of.

It’s a decent gym. My only complaint is that Half the TVs don’t work snd unless your into news , you won’t find much to keep your eye on. The equipment needs some cleaning , but overall it’s ok.

I enjoy the gym! Been to many and this one is clean,and fully organized! Friendly employees and I feel welcomed.
