Just took a tour of the place and decided to take the plunge to start getting in better shape and continue recovery from hip surgery Laura was great gave me a tour and set me up with a personal assessment looking forward to my journey

I absolutely love this place is one of the place I can go and relax and get a massage and work out there periodically whenever I'm ready the customer service is superb and I never have any problems here the restroom stay pretty clean here

In keeping with the message of Philippians 4:8, I wanted to take a moment to point out something that is excellent and praiseworthy. I’ve been paying a gym membership fee (of some sort) since the mid 1980’s – so I’ve seen many, many gyms in my life. When you say you offer a “great value fitness experience in a positive environment,” I couldn’t agree more. However, I just wanted to write a few lines to pour out praise for several employees on Team Colaw that are the very foundation for that “positive environment” (in Oklahoma City). In all my years of attending gyms, I’ve never seen a harder working group of people than Traci, Kelly, Laura and Elijah. My wife and I LOVE their kindness and LOVE their Herculean efforts to keep the gym clean. Their work ethic AND attitude is absolutely amazing. It is the cleanest gym I’ve ever been a part of, and we are grateful to them for their hard work. If you want to know what EXCELLENCE IN ACTION looks like, look no further than Traci, Kelly, Laura and Elijah.

Becca was beyond helpful! I was previously a member but had to pause for a while and she made so easy and stress free!! I absolutely love this gym

The signup process is very simple and the staff are very helpful! The facility is very nice and smells incredible as well. I am excited to get started!

All around it was a very good experience, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Facility was very clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Makes sense why this gym is 5 stars. Becca was very kind, informative and made signing up super easy. Took less than 5 minutes and you're good to go.

Tristen was very informative during the signup process and throughout the tour! The gym looked well organized and clean. They have multiple of each machine as well so that’s really nice to not have to wait around for other members to finish their sets!
