I love coming here early in the morning. Jo is awesome, the palace is always clean and he works he but off to keep it that way. Also he is very friendly and great with members. Keep up the great work Jo. I've been coming here for about a year and a half. Jo has been the best employee that I've seen working here.

Royce was professional and got me started right away! Actually, I said I would do “tomorrow” and he said, “Why,? You can start today!” And with that I was convinced it was indeed time to start today! And I signed up on the spot! Thanks, Royce! I needed that encouragement to get back in the mix! 💥👊😁 …

We moved away from the gym and it was no longer convenient or cost friendly to continue.I neglected to cancel because I thought it was not that expensive and maybe I could make it there on occasion and make it worth it but was unable to. So, I had been paying for multiple months and was not attending. I finally decided to cancel and it has to be done in writing, no problem.The problem occurred when they told me I would have to pay the annual fee for the upcoming year even though I would not be attending the gym any longer. I asked if they could prorate the fee because I would not be there the coming year and I was canceling. They were very rude, told me they would have someone get back with me, when I continued to push the issue, and no one ever did. They did however continue to charge me while I was waiting on that call back. If you ever have to cancel, just be aware of this. I definitely feel cheated!

Want to start by giving a shout out to Jo, he works overnights and he's very friendly and always busy cleaning. He greats everyone with a "good morning" or "have a great workout"The gym is huge and has a lots of equipment. For the most part everything is in working order other than one broken shower 🚿 in the men's locker room still 😔(not sure on the women's side).For the price it's a good gym.

Alexis was a big help! She's honest, professional, and well-informed about the company and policies and was able all my questions. I didn’t feel as if she was trying to sell me on the membership. 10/10

Tracey helped me get signed up. She was super professional and did an amazing job explaining everything. The process was smooth and easy ! Definitely excited to get started here !

Been going here about 5 months now and so far i love it. I can work out peacefully and the staff is amazing and so kind. Definitely recommend!!

Colaw Fitness is a great place to workout. It has a family oriented and Christian environment. The staff is friendly and works consistently to keep the facility and workout machines clean. Their rates are affordable and they only charge a small fee to bring a guest.

The managers Jordan and Laura were extremely helpful explaining the membership plans and the best option for me. The facility was clean and well organized. I’m excited to start my new fitness journey at Colaw Fitness workout gym.

Staff was super nice and it easy to sign up! My favorite part that it is a Christian based gym, free Bible offered, I love it!! I'm ready & feeling encouraged to start my journey.
