Colaw Fitness of Oklahoma City Gyms

This was a nice clean gym, I loved the environment and the staff was super friendly. Tristen at the front desk did an excellent job with getting me and my wife set up to start a new healthy journey of physical fitness.

I just signed up today, Marshall was very helpful and friendly during the signup process. I like the atmosphere here, things are much more laid back than other gyms.

From the moment I walked in and signed up, I had a good experience. I never felt happier to move to a gym. The gym itself is very modern and kept. A good step up in the fitness world.

This gym has a great atmosphere from music to cleanliness. Love the machines, nice and smooth and updated. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Laurance and Ronnie were very helpful in helping me sign up and explain the benefits and programs available.Edit: still great as of 7/12. I'm not Xtian, but the environment remain inviting and I am gaining some dope gym buddies. 24 hr is definitely a bonus 😁

I recently joined Colaw Fitness and had the pleasure of working with Joshua. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience at the gym. Joshua's knowledge of the gym equipment and workout routines is impressive and he was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. His customer service skills are top-notch and he truly made me feel welcomed at the gym. I highly recommend Joshua and Colaw Fitness to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. 5 stars!Updates: We started our weight loss/ healthier lifestyle style journeys, at this gym back in January. Love this place. They are always cleaning and staff are friendly, inviting and also always there to help you out. They have plenty of different stages of workout equipment! Tanning beds are usually clean but sometimes they miss the top glass of the lay down beds. My only complaint is the shower have a 2-3 min of luke warn before it gets very cold! 😞 Attention Management , if possible can you adjust temperature of the showers…can you give us like 7- 9 minutes of (hot water) showers time please 🙏. I only ask because some relying on a hot shower to get clean before work. Sincerely pleased though. The members and the staff at this gym are always pleasant and I feel very safe and free here. I would most definitely recommend this gym.
